Welcome to Alta Vista! An 8 bedroom abode just steps away from the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter into the common areas of the villa (kitchen, dining and living room) you will experience captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise Caribbean sea! Alta Vista features 8 suites, each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and jet-tubs. There are 5 large king suites each with one king size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 3 queen bed suites, each with 2 queen size beds. Let the Villa staff wait on you while you enjoy your stay with your friends and loved ones. The Villa includes a Chef, Butler, and housekeepers throughout the day/evening to cater to your needs, which includes a Beach set up with service on our beautiful beach just steps away, or on our rooftop pool lounging area/bar for beautiful ocean views.

Alta Vista is equipped with two outdoor living and dining areas, one in the bottom level courtyard and the second on top of the roof terrace, which is also equipped with a large infinity pool and bar area (with another plunge pool by the bar) . These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.

In addition to its proximity to the beach, Alta Vista is located only 12 minutes walking distance from town, or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!

Please also note that pricing is based on a per bedroom basis. Pricing for 10 guests will yield 5 bedrooms, 12 guests - 6 bedrooms; 14 guests - 7 bedrooms and 16+ guests - 8 bedrooms.

There are two alternative meal options available, an all inclusive meal plan (with non-alcoholic beverages) is available at $49.95 USD a person per day ***to be paid at the villa on arrival. Or full chef service including purchase of groceries with an additional delivery fee.
