Sea Breeze Villa is located on a towering lot on Water Island with a breathtaking panorama of St Thomas and the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is private, quiet, safe and secure. The Hilltop location enjoys gentle tropical breezes that keep you cool and refreshed.

Your Getaway provides spectacular sunsets and breathtaking day and night vistas. Watch cruise ships and airplanes come and go in the distance as St. Thomas provides a backdrop of twinkling lights at night.

Your Getaway has a modern open floor plan with over 1300 square feet of interior living space surrounded on 2 sides by glass patio doors which lead out to a spacious covered 1000 square foot veranda ideal for dining and lounging.!

Your Getaway has 1 bedroom, 2 full baths and a large combination kitchen, dining, and living room. Master bedroom comes with a king size bed (2 xl twins).

Property Manager lives on site and is available 24/7 for questions and concerns. You will be picked up at the Water Island ferry dock upon arrival from St. Thomas and escorted to the Villa.

Water Island is a small (1x2 mile), secluded island with only 100 private homes and a population of 181 residents. This creates a unique atmosphere of peace, tranquility and charm. Water Island has a laid-back style with an atmosphere of natural surroundings and vacation homes.

Water Island can be reached conveniently by a regularly scheduled 10 minute ferry boat trip from St. Thomas.

St. Thomas has many excursions, activities and shopping adventures available to help you enjoy your Caribbean vacation.

The sea view and view of St Thomas was stunning. The shaded porch was perfect to enjoy the breezes , watch spectacular sunsets and the cruise ships sailing by.

A slice of heaven

The view is incredible, the place was clean and comfortable, and the hostess is amazing! We are already planning to go back. We were very happy with everything.

Best stay out of 3

We are just finishing up a fantastic vacation. We found the Sea Breeze very comfortable with the most amazing views. This is our 3rd stay on Water Island and we found it to be the best. We cooked several meals and we had everything we needed. The golf cart is a necessity but it also means you’re away from noise and that’s what we wanted. Ingrid was fantastic! She made sure to ask if we needed anything. My only wish is that we’d booked longer than 7 days. We’ll be back!

Spectacular Views and sunset

Ingrid was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner, house was just as described on VRBO. The views were amassing from the supper large deck and sunset was to die for. Home was very spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. Upon arrival we were met at the dock with homeowners property manager / home watch person who was a delight. Terry was supper friendly and knew everything about the island.She walked us through the house and also the garage which was loaded with everything you need to snorkel, water chairs and many other water toys. Terry was always near by if we need anything like sharing some eggs and bread for breakfast till we went to the small market. Terry made sure we had everything we needed and was a delight to work with .The golf carts were amazing to get around the island. There’s two places to eat and highly recommend Dinghy’ from burgers, to steak but highly recommend the fresh fish Tacos and strawberry margaritas .Its located at the beach and open till 9:00 PM. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful home and would defiantly stay there again.

Best sunsets 🌅❤️❤️❤️

This place is a dream. Anything and everything you could ever need is supplied. Ingrid and Terry are both amazing and responsive. A quick ride to Honeymoon beach (in the provided golf cart) and the best sunsets views you could ask for. We also spent a lot of rain at the fort watching the moonrise and looking at the stars. Watching the Cruze boats come and go was great entertainment. Can’t wait to be back!!

THEY COULDN'T GET RID OF ME!

Literally! This was our second visit to Water Island in the past year, but our first stay at Sea Breeze Villa, and it could not have been more perfect. Located on the highest point on the island, the views of St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques, are unrivaled. Ingrid and Mark are the most gracious and charming hosts who have outfitted the villa with every possible item needed to make you feel right at home. Our only complaint was that we had a hard time even leaving the villa due to what we referred to as the "lanai butt magnet" which had the strange ability to keep us firmly planted there. It was such a strong "magnet" that when my hubby returned to Florida after a week, I extended my stay for an additional 6 days! Yeah for me! Besides Ingrid and Mark, we meet many wonderful people including fellow guests and they all will be life long friends! We can't wait to return!

Fantastic views and ultimate relaxation spot

From the time we arrived on the ferry and were met by Ingrid and her husband, Mark, we had the absolute best vacation ever. The patio for this unit was amazing--overlooked the airport(from a distance-no noise disturbance), the deep harbor where the larger cruise ships came in, and at night we watched the lights of St. Thomas from the king-sized bed. The unit had everything we needed(linens, towels, dishes, and spices) and the accompanying golf cart make our daily trip to Honeymoon Beach easy and convenient. Ingrid offered suggestions whenever we asked, but we had our privacy for the stay. I can't wait to get back! I will be scheduling!!!!!

My family and I have been coming to Water Island for over 30 years. We have visited many other islands but have come to love Water Island the best!

My father has built several homes here on Water Island including Sea Breeze Villa. He says his inspiration comes from the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Wide open spaces with expansive views!

Its all here just as he dreamed! Come see for yourself!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I think what I enjoy the most is connecting with nature and watching the comings and goings of the airplanes, cruise ships and sailing vessels. I love to swim and snorkel in the warm water at Honeymoon beach. There is nothing like feeling and smelling the cool fresh air, rain and sunshine. I like talking to my neighbors and guests while driving around Water Island in my golf cart* It is truly the simple pleasures of life that are enjoyed and become the most memorable!
