Such a great place to stay close to the beach and the pool. Close to the conference I attended. Great location for shopping, retail outlets, restaurants and day trips to other areas close to us.

We were pleased to see other families with pets. The area was very clean rules were respected. It was our first vacation with our dog and he absolutely loved the beach, balcony and elevator!

The condo was a real disappointment

The condo was in bad shape! Needs new carpeting, furniture, bedding and linens as well as fresh paint throughout . If this is done then I would recommend this unit! Until then, stay away! Location, beach, pools and staff were all great. Especially our property manager, Crystal. She was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. I would stay here again, just not kn unit 345!!

Hidden Gem!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this for our spring break with our youngest child to spend some quality time with her before she graduates from highschool. We were very pleased with the accommodations and even more pleasedbthat we could bring our dogs! Plenty of room for everyone. Our family was able to visit. I will be recommending and we will be booking again. Our family truly enjoyed everything, we were a short walk to the beach and had beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean.

Nice, we’d like to return again

Needed to replace air filter. Maintenance never returned to replace dirty filter. We spent our own money ($25) to replace it our self.

When our maintenance team came to take a look at the AC as you requested, the air filter appeared new and that you were with them during this check. Being that it was a new filter they did not know that you wanted a brand new filter for the condo. Had we know that, we would have gladly replaced that air filter for you. Our team is always on call for our guests for questions or requests. We would love to host you again very soon!

Stay at #345

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was pleasant but in need of maintenance, as follows:-floors were dirty- kitchen was under equipped with very few glasses,etc- lamp switch in second bedroom had broken off- bath drain in second bedroom was clogged up with hair, causing backup- thick layer of dust behind TV- sliding glass door needs to be oiled as it was very difficult to open- no coffee filters for coffee machine (I left 300 - cost me all of $3)Minor items: apart from that the place was comfortable

Great place in Palm Coast for our family and dog

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially I was concerned about some older prior reviews of the condition of the property. Reached out to the property manager and they reassured me that the property has been renewed. So glad we decided on this property because the property was in excellent condition as the property manager assured us. The location was beautiful with views off the covered porch onto the golf course and background of the beach. We spent most as much time as we could out there enjoying it. We brought our dog and he enjoyed just sitting at the railing watching everything from above. Inside the unit was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area made our evenings relaxing. Beds were all comfortable for our nights. The development itself was great with 2 community pool options and a full service snack grill at one of them. As I mentioned we brought our dog and the community was very pet friendly with our pup making many new friends. The only thing to consider is the beach has natural coral formations in sections that have to be watched out for when swimming, but this made for fun tidal pools to explore. All in all HIGHLY recommend this property. We hope to come back in the future

A Family Get-Together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, nice views. The property manager, Crystal, was great, wonderful and very professional. Actually, we can't say enough good things about this woman! Upon our arrival we saw there were very few glasses, no serving spoons, no metal bowls, cutlery, etc. and we were there for our Thanksgiving feast! For example, the cookie sheets were small and made of Teflon which was scratched. The pots and pans were few and all were crumbling Teflon and scratched. When I contacted Crystal and explained we were cooking for 8 of us and needed better kitchen supplies, she got us all of the pots and pans, cutlery, etc. that I needed!! There were also only a few towels, etc. and she ordered those and had those appear the next day too! Like magic! She saved our Thanksgiving!! Thank you to Crystal!!Crystal is the best property manager. And she had it to us, delivered a few days before Thanksgiving!

Nice place and location; minor concerns, but would rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly positive. Big, spacious unit. Nice view of golf course and beach. Easy reservation process. Overall Cinnamon Beach facilities are great. Some minor concerns. Ceiling around air vents has some mold (discoloration) and needs to be cleaned. Sink garbage disposal did not work; facility maintenance quickly came and discovered 2 pennies in disposal. He started to lecture my wife about not letting kids but pennies in disposal. She explained we have 2 high school girls, so no one is playing with coins; heck who carries change anymore on vacation. He said "mam, the unit was check last night". He still a little snarky after she said that, like he didn't believe her, so a bit disappointing. When we left, the dishwasher would not start either.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon beach condos many times. We were disappointed this time, however. We stayed in unit 345 in building 400. This unit was so outdated. The table legs had duct tape around the bottom, the sofas were worn and frayed with flat pillows that looked dirty. The towels and washcloths were stained and dingy. The bedding was faded, dated, and obviously not changed after each stay. The carpet was filthy and even sticky in places. For what we paid, this is unacceptable. Otherwise, the staff at Cinnamon Beach were helpful and friendly.

2nd 2 week stay in unit #345 this year.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed another 2 weeks in September , as usual the unit was very clean on arrival and even had new patio furniture on porch.The complex was very low key and the beach was re-done nicely.Ate at some new restaurants in the area and had good luck with food.I plan on returning a couple times again next year and would recommend this property to anyone.
