Although we call this jewel a “cottage” due to its cozy décor, you’ll find it’s plenty big (3,090 sq ft) and welcoming with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Although, it has multiple gathering spaces for your whole party, it’s also big enough to find a solo quiet space for peaceful relaxation.

The main living area is located on the 1st level with an open concept kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is the perfect space to cook your favorite meals. Brew up your cup of morning coffee with the Drip Coffee maker. The kitchen island has plenty of additional seating, great for a quick breakfast before hitting the beach. On the 1st level, you will also find a peaceful King Master Suite and Master Bath. The ground level has a convenient Half Bath and Laundry Room.

When you head upstairs, you’ll find a second King Master Suite, along with its en-suite full bath. The 2nd level also houses two Queen Bedrooms, one with an en-suite full bath, the other with a full bath just across the hall. You’ll also find a twin bedroom with capabilities to convert to a king and a full bath right next to it. Pearl Cottage has so much to offer.

Just outside the back door awaits a gorgeous private pool adjacent to the lake with ample seating for poolside gatherings or a cozy evening with friends and family.
