Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Loved it!!

We have been to PCB FOR 3 years. This was our favorite place so far. Neighbors and everyone was nice. Really close to the beach!! We would highly recommend this condo and Panhandle Vacations!!

No WiFi/horrible mattress etc but A on cleanliness

While the place was very clean, great location, easy communication with Panhandle Getaways, and kitchen was stocked very well there’s several reasons I would not stay at this location again. 1. The listing says there is wi-fi in the condo, but there was none and my cell service is not very well in that area. I had a personal project I needed to work on during my stay and was not able to at all. I would have booked a different place if I would have know this. 2. The pool was green when we arrived - I did make a call and someone did come out and fix it but this is the first time I have ever stayed anywhere and the pool was green. 3. The queen size bed was extremely hard and you could even feel the coils in certain areas. My husband was in so much pain after sleeping on it the first night he slept on the couch the rest of the week. 4. The bunk beds - if you have small children and you plan to use the bunk beds you will want to be aware the top bunk is very dangerous as it has absolutely no railing to prevent a child from rolling off. However - the bunk mattress is very comfortable. 5. The ice maker in the fridge sounds like a machine gun (not quite as loud but can be heard throughout the condo) when it is refilling. 6. The listing says it has a playground - we never saw a playground. 7. The listing said they had smart TVs but it was only cable TVs and they seemed very old as sound and coloring was not that great.

Beautiful condo,

Decorated beautifully, but too many decorations on kitchen countertop, bathroom countertop and chest in bedroom. We had to move decorations to make room for our kitchen workspace and bathroom counter for my personal things. Closet is so full of stuff that I barely had room to hang a few clothes. The pantry only had 1 shelf that didn’t have someone’s things on it. Convenient location. Pool wasn’t cleaned properly; iffy things were floating in it. Someone had bottom condo with huge dog tied to front patio; dog barked when we walked by on sidewalk. The deck on clubhouse was torn down so there was nowhere to get out of sun by pool. People not staying at Southwind (no tag) parked there to go to beach and used the shower which took up parking for paying renters.

Great location, closer to beach than expected

The decor was beautiful and mostly as pictured except the bedroom is no longer purple /mauve and matches the rest of the condos surf blue decor. There's extra furniture that could be removed to make the condo feel larger, 2 different seating /tables in the bedroom which were never used and just took up space, also another on the back patio that appeared to be worn or in disrepair that should be removed from the property. One of the pillows on the couch has stitching coming undone so stuffing was coming out of it. All the TVs were unplugged on arrival which caused some confusion at first. Little notes stuck all over the condo reminding you that you are not at home and have rules to follow such as "do not set the thermostat below 74", "do not tank on bifold closet doors", "make sure to turn TV off, red light means off". The shower could use some updating to match the rest of the condo. There's a woman who appears to live in building A who made it a point to harass us every time we used the shower up front, questioning where we stayed. Good thing here is there's also a house on the front patio to rinse sand off. The front patio is also overwhelmed with mix matched furniture and seemed to be the only front balcony without a light on the ceiling. I mention this as several of the others have ceiling fans installed but this one instead opted for a standard, porch light by the door. My 6 year old found 2 electronic cigarettes setting next to his mattress on the bottom bunk, so the cleaning service doesn't really look for anything left laying around. The mini fridge goes along with all the excessive furniture in the condo, we found out unnecessary. The washer and dryer were nice to have and very quiet when ran, they also come with their own notes. All in all, we definitely didn't feel welcomed between the notes and the condo Karen next building down. The decor and color palette was beautiful, the lack of wifi and smart TVs was disappointing although we knew wifi was not in condo per listing. We would not stay here again.

Beach vacation

Great family beach vacation! Condo was clean and updated. Staff responded quickly by text with any concerns. Will be back!

Great value and close to the beach

The property was nice, although there was a lot of construction going on and they started very early in the morning. The condo its self was lovely. I really liked how close it was to the beach and that it had 2 refrigerators.

Good but needs improvements.

Location was wonderful. Impressive amount of beach themed decor. Really liked not having to keep track of a key. Could have used a phone book to call for info on certain restaurants. Did not like having to walk to the pool to have wifi. Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Bathroom electrical outlet did not work. Dishwasher did not work...note was left on the counter to tell us this. Floor creaks pretty bad. We would come back to PCB but not sure I would use Southwind.

Nice PCB condo

This has been nicely updated in living room and kitchen. Many kitchen supplies and directions include for everything. (There are too many flower arrangements that take away from the decor.) However, there is a nice view out front of the gulf. Bonus- a recliner! The down side is that the lavender paint with pink accessories in the bathroom is awful and the plum bedroom with outdated wall pieces also bad. If you can overlook that, it's a good rental. Liked the furniture choices! I'm hoping they redo those paint colors soon to cont the update. (And get rid of the unnecessary floral arrangements.)
