Suite 111 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom including a tub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 111 has a kitchenette all ready for preparing meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, just a few steps away from downtown.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Great family fun

First time staying here. Great central location for everything you need in the area, very little need to drive. Kids loved the private beach, very family friendly. We’ll be back!

Great downtown location on the beach. Absolutely best patio in city to sit and watch the sun go down with a nice glass of wine.

Great view of the lake

This was a really cute inn! The view of the lake was awesome. Affordable place to stay in the winter if you want to go skiing at Boyne. It can fit 4 but would recommend only for two people unless you are good with a pull out sofa.

Everything is perfect!

The condo is gorgeous! Better than the pictures. You can walk right out to the water. Location is excellent. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Kayaked on the lake and rented a pontoon boat at the pier. This place is perfect!
