Suite 313 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. The kitchen offers a dining table for two and two barstools for extra seating. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.


Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

My wife and I were seeking a well appointed VRBO for a long winter weekend of winter activities in the Boyne, MI region. Overlooking a beautiful frozen Lake Charlevoix, we were very pleased with our stay at Lake Charlevoix Top Floor Balcony Condo. There are lockers available for winter gear, and Chris at the front desk was very helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again. Also very convenient to the Petoskey region, and the nearby Ironton Ferry would make the Charlevoix region very accessible during the warmer months.

Beautiful, clean place to stay for skiing

This condo was very clean, the front desk staff was super attentive, all supplies were available in the bathrooms that were listed. What a great place to stay for skiing! Many restaurants right down the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your front desk staff and very nice and helpful. If we had known it was a bedroom upstairs we would have rented a different room, especially since the bathroom was up there. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on rocks. Needs a new mattress. The kitchen faucet was broken. It was very interesting because somebody typed out a note and taped it to the faucet to indicate not to change the setting on the spray. Really, just change it out as it needed a new faucet. Unfortunately for us, it got stuck. The front desk was very nice about it but the maintenance person claimed he thought we were in the shower, we were gone all day, and so he didn't fix it. It's mind boggling that someone would put a label on it and not fix it. For the price of the room, it should be maintained.

Great last minute getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided last minute to getaway for a couple days to check out the Skybridge in Boyne. I found this condo less than 10 minutes away and it turned out to be just perfect for my husband and I to stay overnight! Comfy bed, clean, with a great view from the balcony. We were close enough to walk to a pub nearby for dinner (there were multiple nearby dining options!) and found both a coffee shop and bakery for breakfast, although the condo did have coffee available. The only downsides were the tv, which was a little small, and the very slippery rug in the kitchen. We will absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Water Street Inn- 4 of us came in for the Zoo-de-Mack 51 mile bike ride and enjoyed the events associated with the Morel Mushroom celebration as well. The unit was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. The only challenge was the mattress on the pull-out-couch, so was grateful that there was a blow up mattress as a backup.
