Beautiful Sunny 3 Bedroom Ground Floor with Southwest View of the Ocean

***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

Beach Club

The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium.

Your unit #101

Your unit #101 is a bright, fresh, and very functional 3 bedroom Vacation Rental, with an extra large sunny southwest exposure terrace for private sun bathing and dinners. The terrace overlooks the ocean and beautiful Dunes Park and a wonderful childrens playground. The living room and master bedroom face the ocean.

The area

Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Gorgeous view! Kid friendly!

Thank you for letting us stay ! Our family needed this break! The condo was great ,had a great view loved being close to everything to take kids too! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking again!!

Imperial Beach

Great location, property was nice, very secure. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Obviously property right on the beach so great views, grounds and facility was very nice and well maintained. The condo I rented was a little dated but CLEAN so for the price it was fine. But building had very nice secure parking garage for up to 2 vehicles. Location is Awesome, great local business' very short walk. Definitely will be returning.

Was clean, sadly washer or dryer was not to standard glass on balcony.

The cleanliness and view was good. However, there was mold in washer and dryer smelled like it was burning and we needed to use both. Saw roaches and sadly there was broken glass on balcony when we first arrived and my 7 year old was cut. Maintenance found silverfish and states they did see roaches but they were there. I got a $83 refund but would expect more given the circumstances. Thank you

What a beautiful unit! The views were amazing- and the space was everything I hoped it would be! Lots of places to eat & drink just outside and the beach was clean. 10/10 recommend

Throwback to a slower time in life...

This is our 12th Labor Day week in these condos. The location and the peace cannot be beat. This particular unit was perfect for a large group of girls. We had a water leak that was addressed and fixed within hours of notification. The noise from the bar next door quiets down at 10pm . We would definatley book again.

Family Vacation

Overall the place was great. It is the end unit and above the restaurant so Friday a d Saturday nights were kind of loud. The pool was great and the beach. Walking to anything downtown was easy. Just thought the vents could have been cleaned and there was mold in the washing machine door. Definitely would stay there again, the family loved it

Great condo!

We have stayed in many different units in this building and we all agree that we liked this one the best! It had plenty of keys to go around so no one felt stuck, everything worked properly, beds were super cozy, it had all the cooking utensils we needed to cook meals, big porch for our family of 7 to relax and dine on. They even supplied a beach wagon, chairs, and boogie boards. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Great family spot!

Great place to base a beach vacation out of! We got lucky and the beaches opened the day we arrived. Clean and well supplied with towels. Boogie boards also available- thank you!

Great Location

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation

We loved our stay on Imperial Beach. The condo was a bit older, but kept very clean. My kids (11 & 8) had the time of their lives on the provided boogie boards in the waves, while watching the surfers as well. Everything was within walking distance. We had a fabulous week.

Excellent location, restful view

The place was lovely and not busy at the time of year we stayed there. Convenient to the beach, playground and Thai restaurant (yum). Parking was available on-street for our 15-passenger van, which was too tall for the underground garage entrance. The view is so restful. Plenty of towels to cover bath use and pool/jacuzzi use. Adequate tools for cooking (we recommend the addition of a spatula or two). Beds were comfortable. Condo comfortably accommodates 7, bit our 8th was fine, as most of our group were children.

Beautiful location, nice atmosphere, lacking supplies

This was a beautiful place to stay with a lovely view. The furnishings were all very comfortable, nice lighting, beautiful view of the ocean. The one area I was disappointed in was the kitchen. I was traveling from Iowa and certainly couldn’t bring all the supplies along and I had to spend a lot to have things I needed such as, can opener, measuring cups/spoons, hot pads/oven mitts, paper towels, rubber spatula, toilet paper, Kleenex, baking pans, mixer, ziplock bags, kitchen storage containers for left over foods, basically all the general kitchen supplies usually provided at a VRBO. The kitchen was quite under stocked and inadequate. The rest of the place was fabulous. Beautiful home that was comfortable and lovely. Such a wonderful area, we loved Imperial Beach! I would definitely go again, it would just be nice to have a better equipped kitchen.

Beach Heaven!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at this beach-side condo. Being able to load up the provided wagon, chairs, and boogie boards and walk right to the beach was so convenient. (No sand in the car! No searching for parking and hauling all our stuff to the beach!) We enjoyed early-morning strolls or running on the beach. The outdoor showers were very handy. Sitting on the balcony at sunset was magical, as was waking on the pier at night. There’s an ice team shop close by, which made my kids’ day. We were very comfortable in the condo. Though slightly dated, it was clean. But I would say a little touch up paint (especially on the matter bathroom door) and new blinds would go a long way. Another idea - a basketball would’ve been fun as there’s a court right there. We’ll likely look into staying here again!

Great family vacation spot!

We lived staying in Imperial Beach! It was close enough to San Diego but quieter for beach time. Several restaurants clise by for the days you don't want to go into the city.
