Update:The entire Imperial Beach Club Building is in the process of being refurbished. I am an original owner from 1990 and the ocean surely takes it’s toll.All ocean facing sides are having all the stucco stripped, all new windows and doors installed, any water damaged walls and structural beams are being replaced and the balconies are being inspected and being brought up to code.. There will still be work being done along the ocean front and north side of the building for many months into 2025 that could cause ongoing noise and dust. When the team is done with my unit I have a long list of things to do while everything is off the walls and in the 2 smaller bedrooms. It is time to paint, get new carpeting, buy a new furnace a/c unit, consider an electric fireplace insert and purchase new living room furniture. As soon as I can estimate a completion date I will update my availability calendar.Feel free to message me with any questions. The Coronado Brewery has a restaurant down the street and Filippis Italian Restaurant has a family friendly branch around the corner. One of my old favs is El Tapatio on Palm.
