- Gulf Views! Catch a glimpse of the Gulf and the WaterColor Beach Club from the balcony and living room
- 2 Taxi Bikes included with your stay, serviced regularly to ensure they are ready for your arrival
- Parking for 1 Vehicle in building parking lot on a first come, first serve basis. ADA parking available in lot. Your parking tag will be waiting for you in the condo.
- Elevator access to condo - code entry required after hours
- Next to dining and shopping, including Wine World, Scratch Biscuit kitchen, and Beach Happy Cafe
- Building is adjacent to Cerulean Park and 100 yards to the WaterColor Beach Club, with multiple Gulf facing pools, cantina, and towel service
- 5 Min bike ride to Camp WaterColor, with multiple pools, waterslides, lazy river, playground, basketball court, cantina, and towel service. This is a must visit when you stay in WaterColor.
- Furnished Balcony with view of WaterColor Beach Club and Gulf View
- Outdoor cushioned seating and outdoor dining for 4 on the balcony

Beautiful condo in great location

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. Right across from the beach club and inn and backing onto park. Above restaurants and shops so easy access for food and drinks. Unit was the perfect size for my family of 4. Enjoyed the 2 balconies. Had a lovely stay and hope to visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo in the perfect location, steps from the beach and pool. Beachy Bungalow #2 had everything we needed including a drip coffee maker, (not a Keurig machine) and even a blender! Both of which came we used daily. Beds were comfortable and condo was very clean and well-maintained.

Perfect Unit in the Perfect Location

My family of 4 loved our extended weekend getaway. I have been coming to 30a for 30 years, and have driven by this location countless times, but never thought to book it for myself. I have been missing out. Do yourself a favor a book this unit - just steps away from the Watercolor Beach Club. Only Feedback: Primary Bedroom's mattress is hard as a rock. Wasn't the best for my pregnant wife's back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experienced a hiccup after-hours when the AC went out. These things happen. Guest Services' was extremely quick to respond and fix the issue, even with it being after hours. A++ service. Oh, and the property was perfect for our vacation. Clean, perfect layout and set up for our kids, close to the Beach and Beach Club. Highly recommend and eager to book again.

Excellent location

Overall excellent property. Loved the location and 5 minute walk to the beach allowed for taking a beach break and eating lunch at the condo. Street traffic was loud but tolerable. Balconies were perfect for breakfast and evening eating - except for the street traffic. Sleeping areas were perfect for a family with two children. Master shower was awesome and perfect for long days at the beach. AC was great and keep the location very comfortable. All appliances except frig were basic and oven should be replaced. A few recommendations - 1) beds were very firm and took some getting used to, 2) microwave had not been cleaned, and 3) we had to run the dishwasher daily because the unit did not have plates for more than 1 day of eating.

Ideal location

This condo is an ideal spot to access beach, Seaside and other Watercolor pools. Loved that the owner maintains a basket of “extra” items that are provided.

Clean well kept condo in a great location

This condo is a great location in the heart of the Watercolor town center and just across 30a from the Watercolor Inn and beach access. It's a nice property and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed and in the perfect location but the mattresses made for a bad stay. My husband, daughter and I argued over who got to sleep on the couch at night. The mattresses appeared to be posturpedic but they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. We contacted the rental company to ask for possible pillow tops but they never got back to us .

Excellent

The condo was a great location, quiet, close to all, nicely appointed. I would stay here again! The only recommendations I have are: to include more kitchen towels (if you want renters to keep the kitchen clean, provide enough clean towels to dry dishes and counters!), towel bars in the bathrooms, and enough garbage bags for a weeks stay!

Perfect for our long weekend!

Can't beat the location. My wife and I were there with our 2 year old, so the super easy access to both Beach Club and Seaside removed all stress of traveling with an active toddler. Great communication with property management, everything as described.

Spotless well appointed convenient location

Property was exactly as pictured online. Very conveniently located in “downtown Watercolor” so it was super convenient to walk back and forth to the beach club. Easy to hop across the street for dinner at the wine bar. Well appointed with elegant linens and nice kitchenware (for example, wine glasses were lovely). Comfy beds and the MOST fantastic master shower you have EVER been in. This property is right on the Main Street (30a) so it can be busy when you are sitting outside on the great balcony. However, I was aware of the location, so it was fine with me. The ONLY drawback is the strange noises that the HVAC makes. I thought someone was opening and closing the door in the middle of the night the first night. I used earplugs and this helped. Kids were unphased. So, if you are a light sleeper - bring ear plugs. Other than that - everything was perfect. Management company was very accommodating and communicative.

Nancy Meyers Decor Minutes from the Beach

Our family of four had a wonderful first trip to Watercolor staying at this property. We enjoyed access to all Camp Watercolor and all of the Watercolor amenities, one of which was just a short walk from the condo. There was more than enough space for everyone and the furniture was incredible quality. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
