great hosting

The apartment is wonderful, exactly as described and as in the photos. Great location, quiet and spacious. close to markets, restaurants, bakeries and subway. I would definitely go back, it's really worth it.

Perfect location. Great light. Silence in the middle of the buzz

This studio is a perfect choice for a couple in Paris who loves Marais. It´s almost in front of Saint Paul subway station at Rue de Rivoli. Many restaurants, markets, boulangeries, shops around. And two blocks from Place de Vosges. Despite the crowd, it´s a silent studio, because it´s not faced to the street, but to the yard. And since it´s on the 6th and last floor, it is full of light and has a great view of Saint Paul Church. And it has an elevator, what is rare at old buildings in Paris: no need to carry the luggage for 6 floors. The mattress is good, the shower either. The kitchen is small but perfect for simple meals. The decor is charming. I recommend.

Apartment was clean and spacious in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet with great shops and restaurants in a short walking distance. The host was perfect, made sure we understood how to navigate the doors & gate and explained all the amenities. If we had a question, the response was quick and courteous.

The apartment is in a great location, near tons of restaurants, bakeries, food stores, etc, several metro stops, and not too far from major sites like Notre Dame, Louvre, etc. Andrea was a great host, with plenty of suggestions and always willing to help out from his apartment next door.My only criticism is that listing this as a 3-bedroom apartment is not really accurate. There is 1 real bedroom; 1 "bedroom" is behind the orange wall in the photos but is just a bed surrounded by curtains; the 3rd "bedroom" is the pullout couch in the living room.

Great place and location. Fabulous host

This apartment was in a great location near several metro stops and had lots of restaurants and all amenities around it. The kitchen was well equipped. It was comfortable in a quiet area and we enjoyed it very much. Andrea was a great host and the check in process was easy and he had many recommendations for us. Highly recommend!

A great apartment for visiting Paris

The apartment was as described in a good central downtown location close to most Paris attractions. We were a family of five and it accommodated us fine. It was clean and comfortable and the host was very friendly and provided great communication and responded very quickly.We would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Paris!

Excellent location

The property is located near dozens of restaurants (go to Rue Sebastopol, two streets over). It is within walking distance of multiple metro stations and tourist sites (Notre Dame, Louvre). But, it is far enough away from the tourist areas that you feel like you’re in the “real” Paris rather than “tourist Paris.” The check-in process was simple. Andrea was very nice and communicated clearly.

Special Parisian Apartment

Terrific apartment for a Parisian holiday. Great location near subways, but also within walking distance to Hotel de Ville, in a very walkable neighborhood with numerous cafes and bakeries. The accuracy of the listing stands out, and our host was thoughtful, available and made us feel very welcome.

Excellent location in Paris

We stayed for 10 days at Rue de Temple and enjoyed our apartment very much. The apartment is actually bigger than it shows in the pictures, which was a bonus. Andrea, our host greeted us for check-in and was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is well stocked if you want to cook on your own; however, there are so many fabulous bistros in the area, we ate out quite a bit. We were also close to the many metro stations so we were able to get around Paris easily. I would highly recommend this apartment if you're planning on visiting Paris. It is located in a thriving area with lots of shops, bistros, bakeries, grocery stores and metro stations. We also felt very safe walking in the area even after dark.

Un québécois enchanté

Sans hésitation, je classe cet appart "top 5 étoiles" pour : qualité de l'appart, propreté, équipement, emplacement. Nous étions à quelques mètres de 2 stations de métro. Bref tout était parfait et en prime nous avons été accueillis par Andréa, un hôte extraordinaire qui a été de bons conseils à notre arrivée qui s'est poursuivi tout au long de notre séjour.

Amazing apartment in le Marais

This was the perfect apartment to stay with my family! The location was ideal for shopping and walking around the Marais as well as very close to metro stops to travel around the city. Andrea was extremely communicative and responded very quickly. Would recommend staying at this apartment

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Area!!!

The property was perfect for our group of 4. The two beds were comfortable, the pullout bed was ok, and the location was fafntastic! Getting around was easy. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Seine and close to the underground metro. The hosts were amazing every step of the way, even giving us instructions on how to get from the airport before we arrived. They were very responsive to our needs. The apartment was well stocked with towels and pantry items. Best of all was the bakery across the street with the best almond croissants one could imagine!!!! We all appreciated the great location, apartment and hosts.

Great Host, Great Location

We loved staying at Andrea’s flat! He was a fantastic and accommodating host and the location of this flat can’t be beat! There was plenty of room for me and my two siblings and another guest or two would have been accommodated depending on your sleeping needs - great for a small family or group of close friends. All the basic linens were available including some cleaning supplies for the kitchen and washer/dryer. The four large windows across the wall let in plenty of sunlight and natural air - there’s a portable AC and fan as well that easily cooled the whole apartment during our stay. The location is immediate access to anything you may need for your stay - great shops and restaurants! We will definitely consider this apartment again if we return to Paris.

Die Reise und der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral.

Durch die zentrale Lage sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu Erreichen, für weiter entfernte Ziele ist eine Metrostation mit mehreren U-Bahnen in kurzer Entfernung vorhanden. Problematisch ist die Dreierbeziehung Fewo-Direkt > Thierry (Makler??) > Vermieter. Thierry hatte immer wieder für Verwirrung gesorgt bezüglich Bezahlung, Apartment-Adresse und Aufenthaltesdauer. Diese Themen konnten dann durch Fewo, bzw. dem Vermieter direkt geklärt werden, führte aber immer wieder zu Verunsicherung.

Excellent choice!

We were very, very pleased with this apartment. The photos current at the time of this review appear dark, but the apartment has windows all down one wall and is actually full of light. Very comfortable. Good, relatively firm mattresses and a great shower. Well equipped with everything we needed. Close to grocery store, market, and restaurants. The host is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Quiet Marais

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Andrea our host met us and went through everything in the apartment. When the weather turned cold Andrea checked to see if we were comfortable. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We were able to walk to most things in Paris. Wonderful stay in the Marais. Thank you.

Excellent Property

We stayed in Paris for over a week. The apartment was a lovely apartment in the 3rd Arr; quiet with lovely windows and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive and helpful (recommended a local bakery that we ended up frequenting just about every day..delicious!). Also, this building had an elevator which was a blessing after a long day of walking around Paris! Would recommend this property to others.
