- 2 minute walk to the beach via the public beach access point that is just across the street (Palmetto Boulevard) from Endless Summer.
- Access to the Fairway Dunes community pool (subject to the HOA's schedule & opening hours) and community pickle ball courts, tennis court and basketball court. COMMUNITY POOL DOES NOT CLOSE FOR THE SEASON. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES.

- Parking is included for a maximum of 2 vehicles. (Please note that you may not park on the street in the Fairway Dunes community except in specifically marked guest parking areas!)

Guests initially enter Endless Summer by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the master suite, the guest bedroom suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find another guest bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can access private, outdoor balconies through the master bedroom, living room and one of the guest bedrooms. There is an outdoor shower -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool -- conveniently located near the exterior staircase to the front door.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
CONSTRUCTION. Please note that construction for new water sewer line is ongoing in the community until end of April. Landscaping work will occur during May and June. There may be construction & vehicular noise, dust and temporary roadways but the road to Fairway Dunes villas will remain open.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

Great family getaway

Just a great property at every level! So clean, everything you could possibly need is provided, a quick walk to the beach or pool/pickleball, easy trip to Shipyard Park for baseball and excellent communication with the property management company for check in/out. We had 2 teens and a grandparent with us so the bedrooms with multiple large bathrooms were perfect! Will definitely be looking to stay again! Thanks for making a great weekend full of memories even better!!
