Located in Las Sendas, a master planned, gated community, home of the Las Sendas Golf Club, an 18 hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Las Sendas is widely considered to be one of the top 10 courses in the Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa areas.
An open floor plan with several hang-out spaces, this home is perfect for golfers, families or groups travelling together. All of the features and amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort but with the space and comfort of a spacious private villa. The community offers access to endless paved (and not) trails, a spa and community pool as well as multiple restaurants. The only question will be... how soon can you come back???

What to be aware of:

- Property sleeps 11 guests in 6 beds, but can accommodateÂ up to 13 guests with the use of the living room modular sofa.
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings.Â (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city and HOA have laws and rules about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.Â

It was a fine place to stay but definitely not 5 stars worth. To be honest, I feel I should get some sort of a refund because many things don’t work properly which made cooking our meals difficult. Some days we just gave up and went out to eat because we got so frustrated. Grill doesn’t work properly…made grilling meals very difficult Pool lights don’t work…backyard was dark at night for swimming? Waterfall doesn’t work…main attraction in your pictures Overhang needs some TLC on the ceiling…looks like crap Dated outdoor ceiling fan. Back patio door slams way too hard and would knock decor off the kitchen wall. Fridge doesn’t get cold enough Top oven doesn’t work. Pretty disappointing when you come from thousands of miles away and just want it to be what you expected based on the images. You can tell that this place is getting run down by all of the VRBO usage and nobody actually checks or does maintenance on the appliances or grill. It needs some major TLC, especially in the cooking/kitchen department.

Great stay

We stayed a week with our kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the house and pool. A great home base for exploring the area- hiking, cubs/Sox game , phoenix zoo , breweries and wine bars just to name a few things. Host was very accessible and helpful.

Beautiful home

The house is gorgeous, functional and fun for the family. We enjoyed the house. We won't reserve again though due to the "decibal" monitor. It is clearly posted, but it was too much for our family with kids and adults that enjoy conversation and music while on vacation. We received a call shortly after the 10pm quiet time that the decibals were reading too high and was politely asked to keep it down. I understand the rental is in an area with neighbors and want to be respectful. We complied and all was fine, but it was bit over the top for us after someone entered the backyard to put the trash on the curb while were staying there and was not notified that would happen.

Good rental for the family

Overall this was a good rental for our family of 8. Perfect size, perfect amount of beds, very roomy and awesome backyard/pool. The heated pool was a nice feature for our spring break trip. Only critique would be the limited amount of kitchen/cookware (no griddle, only one pan, etc.). The king bed in the master was a little uncomfortable as well. But like I said, overall a good rental.
