- Sheets and bath towels provided

- Cable & Wireless Internet Access
- Private parking garage for your vehicle and beach gear. Off street parking for 2 additional vehicles (maximum of 3 cars permitted).
- Located directly next to Sheila’s variety store for beer, groceries, candy, etc.

Comfortably sleeps 10 adults. 4 bedrooms include:

- Master bedroom (Queen Bed) on top floor with AMAZING Ocean and Marsh views, private bathroom with shower. Two private balconies (Ocean and Marsh facing view).
- 3rd floor guest bedroom with ocean view and ocean facing balcony. Includes 3 twin beds and 1 trundle bed (4 twin beds total). Ideal kids’ room.
- 3rd floor guest bedroom with Queen Bed and Marsh facing balcony. Shared full bathroom on 3rd floor with full bathroom (tub & shower).
- 1st floor guest bedroom with queen sized bed and plush sofa chair that folds out into a twin bed. Private bathroom with shower. Private patio off 1st floor bedroom with grill & Adirondack chairs.

Restrictions:

- 11 guests max. We may be flexible to go over this number if there are toddlers / newborns that will be sleeping in a pack & play.
- Parking for 3 cars maximum. Public parking is available nearby on Bakam Street, Wavelet Street or downtown OOB.
- No smoking / no pets
- Must be responsible & respectful

This is our dream beach home and we take a tremendous amount of pride & ownership. All of our past guests were blown away by cleanliness, quality of amenities, and superb location. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful beach week

We had planned to have four adults and one child but one family had to cancel last minute because of Covid. So there were only 2 of us. The townhouse is in wonderful condition and very clean. The location is great for beach access and not as crowded because it’s a little residential section. Having Sheila’s next door is convenient for a couple of lunches (or breakfast). We would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay Ever!

We had stayed in a hotel over 20 years at OOB. Everyone is older now and the hotel is now gone. After finding and having another reservation canceled, I was about to give up. I checked one more time and came across this gem! Tim was the most awesome host--excellent communication! He and his family have the most beautiful condo that you can ever imagine. It is clean, well-stocked, and you can tell how much love went into decorating their condo. Thank you so very much for allowing us to share your home… We hope to come back to this condo for many years to come! Thank you!

Excellent spot!

It was spotless, great location. Our party of 11 enjoyed every minute. The only reason I gave the Accuracy of Online Listing was because the ice maker & water dispenser were broken. Also, there are no bedspreads on the beds. Would definitely return!

Amazing location and property!

We've rented this place I think 3 years now and it is great! the location could not be more perfect...far enough from the pier to avoid the noise and crowds and the beach is beautiful and not crowded. Tim is great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this location. The unit is very roomy and very accommodating for multiple guests.

Our Happy Place

Owners and property are both outstanding! The views and location of the property could not be better! We love that we are next to Sheila's too. A bit of a walk to the Pier/downtown, but we would rather as we do not like being on top of the crowds and can always drive if we are too tired from the salt and sun! Perfect space for fam of 10 (4 kids) and a bathroom on every floor! HIGHLY suggest a trip here!

Simply amazing!

This home is truly amazing. The home was clean and as described in the listing. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had more than adequate space for everything. The 1st and 4th floor bedrooms offer a very quiet space to get away for a while if you feel the need. The 4th floor suite has incredible ocean and marsh views from the 2 balconies. Having 3 full baths allowed for quick and easy getting ready options for our day. The kitchen, dining and living room floor had ample space for all of us to be together. And the kitchen cookware, dishes, glasses, etc were the most equipped we have ever seen. The beach access is a very short walk just across the street. We ate at local seafood restaurants and shopped at a nearby supermarket. Tim was easy to communicate with and he quickly returned e-mails with answers to any questions we had. I just want to thank Tim and his wife for sharing their beautiful home with us. When we travel to this area again we will definitely choose to stay here. I would recommend this home for any large family looking to enjoy a beautiful home in the Old Orchard Beach area.

Luxury Beach House

The pictures do not do the Beach House justice. The house is beautiful, clean and fit all our needs. Eleven of us were very comfortable, and my grandchildren said" it was the best vacation so far!" So close to the beach, pier and excitement. I would recommend this house, in fact already told a friend who is looking for next year.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Perfect!

Our stay at the Christian's property couldn't have been better! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family, and we loved being steps from the beach. My husband and I had coffee each morning out on the deck off the master suite and a glass of wine every night looking out at the ocean. The kids loved being able to walk next door to the general store and get ice cream after dinner and the owners of the store treated them so well! We loved our trip and we loved the property. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great Condo!

My wife and I rented this property in October of 2014 for a place to stay during our wedding weekend. A condo was appealing to us since we were coming from out of state, and being able to share a home with some members of our wedding party was a lot more desirable than having everyone stay at different locations in the area. Tim was great to deal with, and the home was fabulous. There was ample living space across all four floors, and even with 10 people never once did we feel crowded. There are a lot of places that can sleep more than a handful of people, but the real bonus here was the 3 1/2 baths making it very convenient for a large group! The views of the marsh and the ocean were great, and while we were only here for a long weekend in October, we would definitely consider it for a summer getaway since its right across the street from the beach, and the exact right distance from the pier area to not be overrun by the crowds.

Excellent vacation home

Tim and his wife have a very comfortable home with everything you need. We had a house filled with teens and had all we needed to cook and had plenty of space. We had a blended family of my kids, his kids and friends and the house layout supported this group well. Each group had their own floor. Two sets of boys on one floor, a set if girls on another and the two adults on a third. And we each had our own bathroom. If you know OOB, you'll be familiar with the train. It does run right behind this condo but the kids never heard it. In fact, they slept all day! We would go back in a heartbeat. The beach was so close and so great. The store next door was a great perk and the huge kitchen ket us keep the place stocked with food so we didn't have to run back and forth to the grocery store. Thanks to Tim for a great week!!

Great place for a vacation getaway

This vacation house exceeded our expectations based on the HomeAway listing. The house is in very good shape, clean and well maintained. The location to the beach was very good, and the distance from the busier beach closer to the center of town made this the ideal location and place for a family vacation. Our trip included 9 people and the house was spacious and well setup, never leaving us feeling cramped at any time. The house is nicely equiped with the essentials needed for a vacation away from home, kitchen was nicely stocked, towels provided, etc. The owners were great to work with, in all a great vacation experience, and a great vacation property that allowed us to enjoy it.

Amazing vacation home!

The house is extremely clean and spacious. The location is perfect since you are only two blocks away from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils. The owner Tim is very accommodating and professional to work with. Highly recommended! I would definitely rent this house again during my next visit to Maine.

Immaculate, high-end condo at a fabulous beach

Wow were we impressed when we walked into this amazing condo. Not just clean, but sparkling clean with everything you need at your fingertips. Not just everything you need —the best of what you need. Huge kitchen, Webber grill, open concept living room, brand new appliances; the list goes on. Every room seems to have a balcony, and the master suite has two —with distinctly beautiful views on each side of the property. From the front of the master suite the view is of the most stunning beach in Maine, Old Orchard Beach or OOB. As beaches go OOB has it all. It’s a massive seven miles of uninterrupted sand with waves for riding, shallow water for the kids and that famous pier. Don’t be scared off by the pier, since it’s a mile down the road you won’t have to deal with the crowds it attracts unless you want to. During the day, have a peaceful day at the beach and at night take a short walk to restaurants, bars and an amusement park that is fun for kids and adults. Oh, and we brought lots of kids – ages two through 12. The condo was great because they could hang out on the third floor and play hide and seek while we drank wine in the living area. If we ran out of wine, Sheila’s right next store had a nice selection and was open until 10pm on weekdays! Keep this in mind: the pictures on the site here don’t even do this place justice. It is way bigger than it looks. Also Tim and his wife (the owners) are great to deal with, and you can tell they really love this place. You feel like you’re in your own place while you are there. This place is just fabulous, I’d go on but there is a character limit on this site. So, just book it – but don’t take our week.

Beautiful Property

My family and I stayed at this condo for the Fouth of July week 2013. It was a beautiful townhouse with plenty of room for the whole family. The pictures do not do it justice. We were surprised at how large and beautiful the place was! The master suite is nicely laid out with great views of both the marshes and the ocean. I loved the location which is one street back from the beach and 1 mile from the pier. It was nice to be able to decompress away from the busier areas of the beach at this time of year, yet still be close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants if we chose to. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we had a large group:) Tim was great to do business and was always available to answer any questions that we may have had.

Great time in Maine

We stayed in OOB for a week at the end of September and had a blast. It was a ghost town, just the way we like it. We will gladly sacrifice the many amenities that are closed in the off season for empty beautiful beaches and uncrowded roads. The place was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It's not right on the beach but it doesn't really matter. 50 steps and you're there. It's actually more private than being on the beach which I can say would be very important in season. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. The little grocery store next to the house has everything you need and the owners could not be nicer and more helpful. Good surf breaks around the area and great seafood as always! We'll be back. -the O'Sheas

beautiful rental & convenient location!

Tim was a pleasure to deal with and eased any concerns we had about renting. Always responded very quickly. Also, the condo is beautiful and very conveniently located! very new and well designed just as in the pictures. I wish this was home! It is a short walk to beach and a short drive to cape elizabeth and downtown portland. we enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning as the kitchen contained all cooking utensils. the only minor issue we had was having to pay a cleaning fee and still having to wash the bed sheets/towels in the morning before check-out which took a couple of hrs since we had 8 ppl but i can understand the other cleaning rules since if it was my home, i'd request the same of my guests.

FANTASTIC vacation!

A quick note to say that our vacation was FANTASTIC and the house had a lot to do with it. This was our 3rd year vacationing in OOB and by far, the best house we've ever rented. Very clean, functional, so near to the beach, it's scary! We're DEFINITELY going back next year! Thank you!

Fabulous Old Orchard Beach, Maine Vacation!

This condo is just beautiful! Perfect for larger groups of people with its 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms...very tastefully decorated and in the perfect location as well. It is literally about a 3 minute walk to the beach. There is a fabulous view of the sunset from the many decks. On top of all of this, there is cute little store right at the end of the driveway, so if you ever need anything, you don't even need to get in the car and go get it. It is right there! I can't say enough good things about it! Tim, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with as well... Looking forward to going back next year!!!

Fantastic Vacation Spot and Incredible Rental!

This rental is everything as described and better! We had a fabulous family vacation here. Loved the location (right across from the beach! and walking distance to the pier), and the house is immaculate with very modern decor and amenities. The views are incredible and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with upgraded appliances and all you need to cook your meals in. There are plenty of bathrooms, well stocked with quality linens. We also enjoyed the nice tvs and the wifi access. The owner was fantastic to work with; very accommodating, easy to contact and very prompt in responding. Could not ask for a better person to rent from! All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend taking a family vacation (especially if you have young kids) in Old Orchard Beach and particularly in this unit! We will definitely be renting here again when we come back to OOB. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Our family has been vacationing in OOB for nearly 20 years. We only own 1 rental property and this is our dream beach home! We feel this location is perfect - far enough away from the pier that you're not 'in the action', but close enough that you can still walk to it. Of the entire 7 miles of beach, our spot is THE BEST. Longest at low tide, super flat and safe for the kids, no large parking lots nearby for crowds and the sand is super fine.
