We’re glad you enjoyed the condo, beautiful balcony view and convenient beach access and had a great family vacation! We do want to clarify a few items for future guests. Our check-in instructions specifically advise guests to bring any desired coffee, filters and other coffee supplies, as these items are not provided. The kitchen is stocked with the dishes and cookware needed for meal preparation. Our check-in process requires verification of the primary renter’s photo ID. Because this guest arrived after our office had closed, we accommodated the after-hours arrival so the family could access the property that evening, with the required ID verification completed the following day. Check-out materials are returned to our office as explained in the arrival information. None of these concerns were reported to us during the stay, so we were unaware the guest was unhappy with any aspect of the process at the time. We appreciate the feedback and are glad that, overall, the family had a great vacation and would choose to stay in this condo again.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to provide additional context for future guests. Every issue reported during your stay received an immediate response. We promptly replaced the toaster, tightened the dining chairs, repaired the toilet paper holder, checked the HVAC (which was operating properly after thermostat adjustments), and arranged for an electrician to address the remaining electrical items. Parking, Wi-Fi, and building operations are managed by the resort's HOA rather than our company. When you experienced Wi-Fi issues, we immediately provided the HOA's IT support contact and even offered to deliver a hotspot when you were unable to reach them. Several items mentioned in your review are also disclosed prior to arrival. Our signed rental agreement explains that our coastal area is home to palmetto bugs despite routine professional pest control by the HOA. Our pre-arrival information also advises that we provide starter supplies only and that blankets are not provided, which you had confirmed with us before check-in. While we're sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations, we're pleased we were able to respond quickly to every concern brought to our attention and work toward resolving them during your stay.

We’re very sorry about the construction noise. We were unaware that was going to be happening or we would have definitely let you know ahead of time. I will relay to maintenance that they need to check the kitchen items. Thanks for staying with us!

We’re sorry to hear you may have had challenges with your stay, but we have to say we’re shocked by this feedback. First, we did supply the code to the building: It was in the packet you picked up from our office. We’re very confused by the statement that the pictures don’t look like the condo, as they absolutely do. Yes, minor decorations like bedspreads may change from time to time, and some wear and tear is to be expected in the busy season. But as a whole, the condo looks the same. Regarding the pool chair, we’re sorry that happened to you, but we don’t manage the building nor do we manage the pool area, so we’re not able to speak to that. Hopefully, you reported it to someone who did work there so that they could assist. Regarding the alleged “banging on your door,” we have never heard this feedback from anyone else staying in this condo. Not every rental is a fit for every person, but we do appreciate you staying with us-

We do wish you would have allowed us to send the supervisor back over so that she could fix the issues for you while you were out enjoying your vacation. We have to say that we are very confused by this review. I pulled all of our records, and we did not hear from you at all during your stay (we document all communication for instances just like this). We overshare our contact information in multiple emails but also at check in where our office staff again reiterates how to get in touch with us as we make it super easy to reach us via text, email, etc any time of day. Our office staff even references at check in that if you have any issues at all, including cleaning ones, that you're to text our 877 number. But again, we have zero communication from you. We're sorry if you experienced any issues during your 7 night stay, but we do wish you would have reached out while you were still here so that we could have assisted instead of us just finding out about them in a review almost a month later. Having said that, as evidenced by the countless other reviews, this condo is in a great location, is extremely comfortable and is highly recommended.
