The entire Emerald Isle complex has just been renovated (4.5 million dollar renovation) We recently purchased Emerald Isle 600 which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Fort Walton Beach is located on Okaloosa Island it has one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world.
Emerald Isle is located on Santa Rosa Blvd a less congested boulevard off Highway 98. Stay away from all the traffic in Destin and enjoy our less crowded beach.
We recently had hurricane proof tinted windows and sliding glass doors installed in our unit. They are just beautiful and add a nice touch.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and your own bathroom. Open the sliding glass doors and listen to the waves calm you right to sleep.
The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds with your own bathroom.
The open living room area is large and roomy as you sit and relax with your family. We have a 65 inch smart flat screen TV in the living room. The dining room seats 6 plus 3 bars stool at the kitchen counters.
The kitchen is recently updated with raised ceiling and ceiling fan. You can cook on the stove and talk with your family in the open living room area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all your baking/cooking needs. We try to provide everything you will need to make your vacation one to be remembered.
We provide beach service for our renters which is set up at 9am daily and taken down at 5pm, an added plus for beach goers. We also provide sand toys, games, boogie boards and books for your pleasure.
The view from the living room is awesome and hard to beat. You can sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by .
We have many great restaurants and bars 1 mile or less away.
There is so much to do you may need more than 1 week to vacation.
