Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location. Unfortunately for us, the misfortune with balcony being deemed unsafe was a HUGE disappointment. Not only that, our owner parking space was in use with construction material, which meant we had to park in common area. The home stated a pull out double sofa which was not true. I spoke with the proper and they immediately brought up an air mattress. Overall experience was ok.

Terrible experience

We booked reservations 2-3 months prior to our stay. A week before our stay we were notified that all the balconies at Carolina Dunes were condemned and we would not be able to walk out on the balcony and all doors were locked. We were given 20% off of a very expensive stay. Then 2-3 days prior to our stay we were notified again and was told the air conditioning in our unit was not working and we would have to change to another unit or another condo that was not beach front or we could cancel. We already had this vacation planned. My friend had already taken off work. So we changed to another unit. We were not told that they were starting work on the balconies and a jackhammer and drills started at 8AM and lasted all day! The guest bed had sand underneath the fitted sheet. No handicap parking. Would never stay here again

Spring Break Bliss

I stayed here with my significant other and 3 teenage girls. My son was in the hotel right next door with his baseball team for a spring break tournament. Unit was clean, heck in and out process straight forward. Plenty of clean linens and bath towels. Access to beach is prime. Only 2 small complaints. Bottom dishwasher drawer seemed to have wheels broken off. King bed in master bedroom was actually two twin beds on wheels pushed together. Bed was kind of ā€œnoisyā€.

The rooms are all beach front, someone is always there to help if you need anything, clean bedding, towels and anything you need to make your stay great. The pool area was nice, if youā€™re looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay then come visit them. Itā€™s not far from all the activities, just get in your car and go, then come back here and relax. We had a wonderful time. Thanks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some tense moments prior to our arrival as I was expecting an email clarification to gain access to the unit. It did get resolved satisfactorily, but only after some running around by me to get the door code for the unit. The location of the property was excellent. It did have direct view and access to the beach The kitchen was well equipped for any type of use and there were plenty of good towels for bathing, etc I would not however, describe the property as luxury. The bathrooms were in dire need of an update as both of them were equipped with original amenities. The water took a long time for hot water to become available and the drainage of the sinks was very slow. The furniture in the living, dining and sleeping areas were adequate, not luxurious.

The skillets were in very poor condition. The king sized bed had a "Queen Sized top sheet. I have spoken to Lisa Foster and she is looking into all this. Both toilets need small repairs addressed.This is my 4th time using Luxury Beach Rentals all other stays have be great. I believe this was an anomaly. I will use Luxury Beach rentals again.

This is the best condo we have stayed at in MB

The owners sent us all the check in information before hand so we were able to read the Info ahead of time. We loved getting a specified parking spot and being able to use the pool and beach before check in. It felt like a whole extra day at the beachšŸ˜Š We had all of the items we needed. The view was great. We love that all of the condominium areas never felt crowded. Such a better and relaxing experience than staying at a resort. Would definitely stay here again šŸ˜Š

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed last year and loved the complex so we booked again. Condo was very nice and as pictured. We purposely chose a low rise smaller property that didn't have big water park features, i.e., lots of screaming children. Unfortunately, this nice little pool area was monopolized much of the time by just that. Kids playing and splashing is one thing, but two families had kids that screeched, screamed and yelled nonstop (the ones in 206 were the worst.) The parents weren't much better. It even made sitting on our balcony miserable. We weren't the only guests annoyed by it. The day they finally left, everyone that came to the pool commented on how nice and quiet it finally was! To top it off, people that aren't staying there come in and use the pool as there is no oversight. One day a van pulled up and about 8 people hopped in straight from the pool. Even one of the grounds keepers said it is a problem & happens a lot. It's hard to believe the owners put up with the noise and pool invasion, or maybe none of them live there. While we really like the property & location, we spent some of our time looking for somewhere else to book next year.

Nice room.

Room was good. Only bad thing was the mattresses are completely worn out. Could not sleep very good on them. An onsite bar would've been great, but there was a tiki hut at the resort next door that's only open till 5 pm. We visited it a few times. Our Room was clean and furniture was in good condition. Ac worked well which is a super plus for me. Over all it's a nice place on the beach.

Father Son Golf Tournament
