Hi Dennise, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We've addressed your cleanliness concerns with our cleaners and asked that they double-check these items to ensure our high standards are being met consistently.- We apologize for the stained pillows and we're purchasing additional pillow protectors and pillowcases to prevent this in the future. The previous guest removed the pillow covers, and they were unfortunately not ready for a same-day turnover.- The shower door in the kids' room does have some rust. We acknowledge this and plan to replace it, though the timeline is uncertain due to budget constraints.- We recently replaced the flooring upstairs and are planning to update the flooring in the lower two levels during the off-season.We appreciate your feedback and are committed to ensuring a great experience for all our guests.
