Interesting stay

The property is nice. It’s not as “walkable” to downtown as it made it seem, but we made that work. When we got to our room and first checked in, the keypad said “low battery” and we made the comment that we hoped it would keep working for our stay, which was only one night. We got back late from a concert and sure enough, the battery was dead and wouldn’t allow us in the room. Customer service helped pretty quickly, but we were standing outside our room for about 20 minutes. The room itself is nice and does have everything we needed for a short stay, but it wasn’t very clean. There is shimmer all over the bathroom wall and there are sticky spots on the floor on the far side of the bed so it doesn’t seem like it gets deep cleaned. We also couldn’t get the TV to cast, after following the instructions, which wasn’t a huge deal, but just another thing that wasn’t as advertised to me. It was an okay stay, but we weren’t overly impressed.

Cute, clean, but inconvenient

Location and cleanliness was great. Room was recently renovated with a lovely courtyard where we had some pizza for dinner outside. We felt very safe the entire time. Some things that I wish had been different...the parking is VERY limited. There is a total of around 7-8 spots of free parking for 14 different units, so if you happen to snag a spot, you don't want to move. Second, the TVs in the rooms do not have cable. It will only play if it is connected to your phone and can screen mirror, will not work independently. Had to use the chat through the app to figure that out. Third, the AC wall unit fan made a horrendous noise the entire time. We had to use the sound machine to drown it out, or it would immediately give you a headache. Fourth, there were no wash rags in the bathroom or shampoo. We only had towels and 2 things of conditioner. When I messaged customer service through the chat, there was no one on site that could help remedy these issues. Even when someone on staff arrived the next morning to start cleaning rooms, no one reached out. Long story short, I will definitely be packing my own rags and toiletries from now on.

Clean small and tidy

Ok neighborhood, far from the downtown Nashville if you want to go bar hoping or listen to music it's a long stroll or Uber ride. Place was clean-safe and nicely appointed. I got one of the 5 parking spots worked fine for me. Felt secure and quiet. Small unit but it was only me so worked out well.
