This fully air-conditioned unit is perfectly situated for your family or friends with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and an eat in kitchen. The kitchen area leads to the outdoor patio where your gas grill awaits many days and nights of grilling and entertaining. A full flight of stairs leads you up to a spacious living room with a huge bay window. Relax in the comfortable living room and enjoy the large HD TV.

A short flight up is the second bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds (twin over twin & Double over Double) and en suite bathroom. The third floor is home to the master bedroom equipped with a king bed and yet another en suite bathroom. The rooftop balcony has an elevated bistro table and offers stunning views of the beaches, Nantucket Sound and sunsets/sunrises. Unit 56 is the perfect fit for the family looking to have a great vacation.

Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

State and local taxes apply. SATURDAY to SATURDAY RENTAL. $175 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. $500 Refundable Security Deposit. Linens & towels included. NO SMOKING.
NO PETS ALLOWED, however owners may have pets, if you or someone in your party has allergies, please contact us prior to booking.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
