Add a quartz kitchen with a French door refrigerator and ice/water dispenser, a rotating TV viewable from both the living area and the king bed, YouTube TV with streaming, heated pools open on-site, and the beach just across the street — and you have one of the most thoroughly equipped studios in the entire complex.



Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.



On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).

THE SPACE

The living area features an L-shaped queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV with YouTube TV and streaming services that rotates to face both the living area and the sleeping space, and large sliding glass doors opening onto the fully screened balcony with eastern views toward Fish Trap Bay — a lovely spot for morning coffee and fresh air.



The sleeping area offers a king-size bed with a ceiling fan, and not one but two custom fitted walk-in closets — a genuinely rare storage setup for a studio and a game changer for longer stays.



The remodeled bathroom features quartz countertops and an oversized walk-in shower.
