We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We were very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent stay at our property. While the check-in time for this vacation home follows the hospitality industry standard, the local property manager is always happy to accommodate an early check-in if possible. In this case, members from your group checked in to the home early and did not clean up after themselves before leaving the home. As we take pride in providing a clean and guest-ready home we offered to send our cleaning team out to address your concerns, however, this was denied by your group. The owners prioritize every guest experience and did all they could to accommodate you during your stay. We're sorry that you felt that their efforts were insufficient. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
