Looking for easy beach days and breezy Gulf-front views? This 1-bedroom, 1-bath Chateaux condo is perfect for your family getaway! The bedroom has two comfy queen beds and its own TV with cable, while the bathroom has a tub/shower combo and dual entry from the hall and bedroom—super convenient for everyone.

Kick back in the living room with a 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, and cozy seating, or step out onto your private balcony to watch a glowing Florida sunset over the waves. The full-size kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials, plus a dishwasher and microwave to make meals easy.

Free secure Wi-Fi and free long-distance calling (US & Canada) keep you connected, and the heated beachfront pool is just steps away—complete with restrooms, outdoor shower, sunny and shaded seating, and even a gas grill for dinner by the dunes.

There’s on-site laundry (app-based, no coins needed), elevator access, and a quick one-flight stair option too. Don’t forget to ask your rental manager about free weekday bike rentals to keep the crew entertained.

** NON-SMOKING UNIT AND NO PETS **

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Calling the host was hit or miss. Called for a discount on a local event that was offered at check in and never got a call back. Got eaten up by some sort of bug on the balcony but never did see what was biting. Something from the palm in front of the balcony maybe? I’ve been to the chateaux (different unit) many times and never had bites before. Beds were firm; pillows could be replaced. The condo itself was nicely renovated and very clean with all the amenities you could want.

There was major structural construction going on right under our unit. We were told it was just parking lot construction. Contacted the property manager who said they would contact us back. Took multiple calls to get some resolution. Still waiting for the manager to call me back to discuss a discount.

Great place- right next to the beach!

Property has a pool on site and is just steps from the beach. The facility is older, but well kept. Laundry facilities are on the first floor- you need to download an app to pre-load money - but it was a fairly simple process. There was no thermastat that we saw in the condo- or overhead fans, but a box fan was provided along w beach umbrellas. There was also 1 sand chair and paddle board which we took advantage of.

Furniture horrible

The sofa and loveseat were disgusting... slipcovers poorly put on kept slipping ...difficult to sit on them. Need to update dishes and silverware as well.

Great building! Clean condo

The Chateaux is a great building. Low density and easy access to beach. Pool/beach restrooms were always clean. Condo 105 was as described. Clean and beds were comfortable. The key code on the front door and pool/restroom area made it so no keys were needed! We did however find a few things that need attention. As stated in previous reviews, the condo is still lacking hot pads. It is also lacking food storage containers so we bought some and left them behind. The patio furniture was in an awful state. All of the legs of the chairs were completely rusted out. My suggestion would be to replace with some bar height chairs and table so that you can sit and see over the railing. Either way, the chairs definitely are ready for replacement. Even with those issues I would still recommend this condo if you're looking for convenient access to the beach.

Most relaxing trip our family has had.

The property did not disappoint. Great family atmosphere everywhere around this property. The one miner thing is the condo could use a deep cleaning a little more often.

8th Annual Girls Weekend 2020

We enjoyed our stay at Chateaux. It was relaxing, comfortable & clean and had a beautiful view. We did have issues with the heavy sliding door however we called maintenance & it was addressed within 24 hours. The kitchen could Use some updated cookware and it needs hot pads/pot holders & a sponge instead of a washcloth. Otherwise we were very satisfied with our stay! Thank you for a pleasurable vacation experience!
