Set over two stories of elevated living, Airlie Sea-Clusion offers the perfect getaway for families, get togethers with friends or just to escape and unwind with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The open plan style kitchen and living area upstairs, flows out onto spacious balconies with breathtaking views. Relax in your pool with a sparkling ocean backdrop or enjoy dining on the deck watching the gentle lights of the marina glisten on the bay.

Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout for a fresh beach vibe. The downstairs bedroom includes it's own self contained kitchenette, bathroom and living space. Nestled in a quiet part of Airlie Beach but still only a stroll to the main street, marina, shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Great family house with an amazing view and pool

This is a great house. We had older family members and babies and the place worked really well. The layout of the house is great as rooms do have privacy. The deck and pool with the awesome view were perfect for spending time all together. We want to do it again next year.

Great location, walking distance to everything. If you donā€™t have a car though and are planning on walking everywhere be warned itā€™s up a very steep hill and not for the unfit. Only small critism is that some of the mattresses could be more comfortable and would be great if there was a sofa bed in the downstairs separated room. Very clean, very professional management, lots of towels, well equipped kitchen. A very special property and we had the best time here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved Airlie Sea-Clusion. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the amazing view. My 7 year old son loved the pool. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple of things to note: the house is walking distance to town but there is a very steep walk up the street and up the drive way to the house. If you aren't fit or have health concerns you might like to consider a hire car.

Spacious with fantastic views

Spacious, well equipped house for five adults with great views over the marina and beyond to the islands. Pool was great to cool off in after hot tropical days. Great location with only a few minutes walk to Airlie Beach centre or to the Coral Sea Marina, however it is steep in places but a taxi is only around $6 and highly recommended on hot days. All four bedrooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been cleaner. A small issue: insufficient washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin bags or toilet rolls were supplied for our nine night stay. Overall we would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

There is only outside access for this. The upstairs is split leveled. The kitchen is well kitted out and the fans and air conditioning are great. We had a light bulb go out in the bathroom which was fixed quickly. The beds are comfortable. Communication was easy. We enjoyed having the little pool with the children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property in a great central location in decent condition however many amenities need reviewing. Doors are finicky and donā€™t lock easy, kitchen draws need fixing, nails in pool floorboards next fixing (one guest injured their foot). Downstairs toilet was not cleaned before handover, a few faulty remote controls and more than one host got our address incorrect (no one there on arrival = additional wait to access)Iā€™m saying that - really a superb view. The pool is nice but much smaller than the pic (more of a plunge pool) Lots of adequate kitchen amenities which was nice

I didnā€™t find it very clean in terms of kitchen sink was dirty and the benchtops had dust and crumbs. The pool has rough concrete that I cut myself on it a couple of times and there are loose tiles and cracking. For the premium price you pay for this property I would expect more than 3 dishwasher tablets and 3 toilet paper rolls and maybe some basic amenities like paper towel and a proper sponge. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect
