Welcome to Riverā€™s Edge, your relaxing retreat in the heart of New Braunfels!
This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Camp Warnecke Estates, just steps from the Comal River and across the street from Schlitterbahn Waterpark. With river access, resort-style amenities, and a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and live music, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway.

The Space:
Relax in comfort after a fun-filled day at the river or waterpark. This stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. While the condo does not have a river view, itā€™s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, patio access, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high-quality linens and indoor towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner, plus bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 6. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit for your convenience.

Please note: this condo entrance is located on the ground level, but you must walk up a flight of stairs to enter the living quarters on the 2nd floor.

Birthday weekend

We rented this property with a group of friends for a weekend and loved it. We were very impressed with how clean the place was. Location was great! We only had a very short walk to river access as well as restaurants.

A Great Location!

We loved this condo. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and within walking distance to most everything. Only two drawbacks - the unit looks out over the pool and it can get quite noisy at night with the quiet time not beginning until midnight. You can hear activity from the pool in both bedrooms and living room. And the picture of the Comal is not a view from the unit. Itā€™s a close walk though. Would definitely stay here again

The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials, silverware, plates, and glasses. Community is quiet, and there is a pool to enjoy at the end of a day full of floating the river. Location is near the last public exit, so you can get out at the private condo exit or continue floating to the last exit. We walked to Prince Solms and Hinman Island several times, which wasnā€™t too far from this condo. Overall, highly recommended for cleanliness, location, and community.

We had our family staying in multiple units which added up to over $2,000 for 3 days for 5 adults and 3 kids. The unit was nice but we felt a little threatened about the wrist bands and garbage. If we lost one wrist band, it would cost us $100 and if we lost them all, it would cost us $800???? We didn't lose them but we were too scared to wear them also. As a separate note, as we have used more and more vacation rentals over the last several years, we are now considering going back to more of a hotel model where we don't have to worry about $800 wrist bands and taking out our own garbage. Several of us are starting to discuss this option since we eat out mostly and are at the water park for much of the time. All and all the unit was fine but expensive for what we used.

The furniture is all uncomfortable to sit and try and watch t.v. The beds were nice and mattresses comfortable. When the dishwsher broke the owner had it replaced promptly.

We found the condo clean with very comfortable beds (same cannot be said for the sofa which should have been retired in the 60s). The kitchen is very small but has what you need. Itā€™s not the problem of this condo owner but the couple below has two very large dogs who bark frequently throughout the night. Thankfully, they arenā€™t there every night. Reviewer Comments: Our only purpose here was to have a place near Schlitterbahn, so this review is based solely on how it performed in that capacity for us . Stayed 3 nights while at Schlitterbahn. Great location for SB, walk out the far end gate at the Masterblaster park and down 1/2 block and cross the street . Easy access for breaks, lunch, naps , etc. Close enough for teenagers to make the walk on their own . Condo is very nice, nicely furnished .AC works great . Pool is average but works well enough for the young ones who want in the water early before SB opens or want more swimming after the park closes . Not much in the way of river access like the condos next door we stayed at last year, but a little bit better quality rooms . Will definitely be on my list for next years trip .
