This luxurious property was BRAND NEW in 2023 and is a beautifully decorated, well-equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with a Private Hot Tub and spectacular views! Sleeps 11 comfortably and is perfect for families!
After a long day on the slopes or the trails you enjoy the private outdoor Hot Tub and cozy up in front of the warm fireplace. It is very well appointed with high end appliances and high quality beds and linens.
Parking is always a premium on the mountain and this unit has garage parking for 1 vehicle and driveway parking for a second.
Located at Grizzly Ridge in the quiet Snowpines neighbourhood of Big White Ski Resort you`re able to step in your skis and head right down the road to join the Serwa and ski-in is directly off it to the back door.
For Village access you can choose from: - Ski to the Plaza Chair and ride it up - Drive 2 minutes down the road to the Happy Valley Parking lot and ride Lara`s Gondola up - Do the 20-minute walk down the road and along the cat track - Jump on the regularly scheduled shuttle bus

Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest. - The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest. - The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to. - If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area. - If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately. - The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit. - If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200. - All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

Family Ski Trip
This place was great for our first family trip to Big White. I would highly recommend and stay here again. It was easy to ski in/out off of Serwa’s green run. The unit was well stocked, clean and spacious.

BIG WHITE ADVENTURE
We had an awesome time at the Big White Ski Resort. What made this extra special was the house we stayed in at 120 Grizzly Ridge Tail. The house was stunning with amazing views over the mountains. A must stay if you are visiting Big White. Thank you to Brock and his team for making this stay so special.

Great for family and friends
The place was great for our stay. It is located with a ski run directly behind the unit só very easy to ski in and out of. You do have to walk or drive to the main village but there is no need to. The unit is incredibly well equipped with most modern kitchen equipment making it nice to prepare meals and hang out when not skiing. The place is furnished with quality and modern style. We loved our stay.

Perfect ski in/out experience!
Brock, our host, has been absolutely wonderful. Before the trip, we had to plan which kitchen condiments and tools to bring, and he responded very promptly. Everything we requested—from tin foil to a boot dryer—was already provided.The location itself is fantastic. The unit is situated right below the Serwas green run, and accessing it is as simple as hiking up a small hill beside the condo. It truly offers a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience.We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Cozy and white stay
The property is new, very clean, well supplied, contemporary decorated, with ample space for a family of 6. It has gorgeous views! It was our first time skiing, and visiting Big White! Skiing in and out was very convenient. It is a bit far to walk to the village, but a short drive to the bottom of the gondola, takes you there. Brock, the property manager/host was polite, and responsive. Big White is gorgeous, and the skiing was fantastic! Looking forward to coming back again.
