Spacious East Falmouth Home w/ Pool and Central AC RPAM038

This 5 bed/3 bath beauty boasts a large heated pool, central air, a magnificent family room with soaring vaulted ceilings and super spacious common areas. Windows and skylights everywhere ensure the sun is always shining throughout the interior. There is a patio and multiple decks with a gas grill and an outdoor table and seating. The nicely equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen features modern appliances with a spacious adjacent dining/living area. A Peloton Bicycle and treadmill are available if you feel like getting in a workout! The home is in close proximity to South Cape Beach among other DO NOT MISS destinations, and MINUTES to Mashpee Commons.

Pool is open and heated from 5/16/26 to 10/9/26. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. 3 and 4 night minimum stays available during the shoulder seasons. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Linens and towels are provided for the tenant. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds are all super comfortable. The outside space, especially the heated pool was a big hit with everyone. It is a Central location for exploring. Adam was very helpful in setting up this rental.

Great house

Stayed with 9 family members and the space was perfect for us. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. They are in desperate need of new pots and pans but that’s really my only complaint. The kids loved the heated pool. Quiet neighborhood with a small farm at the top of the street.

Our first trip to Cape Cod

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented in Falmouth was a very nice house. But our biggest complaint as even though the house easily sleeps 10 people the house is for the most part set up for 6. The Great room does not have enough seating the pool and the fire pit also did not have enough. But at least the dinning table sat 8 which works for our group.That is really our only complaint. There was plenty of room in the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the game room got a lot of use. Nice neighborhood and very enjoyable stay. It is a bit far from the beach, but if the beach is not your main reason for going than this rental is in a great location.

The outdoor grass space is huge and well maintained. The heated in ground pool was amazing and super clean! The agent for the home was super nice, helpful, and responsive. Only constructive feedback would be pool patio maintenance and adding an umbrella or two for shade! Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Famaily Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outdoor lighting for the front porch and garage was not working. This caused some difficulties after dark with an elder guest, a two year old and a young adult with disabilities. This was reported upon arrival and an electrician never came to repair during our week stay. Onlu one garage door was operable from the inside only. This required someone remaining inside to close the door and exit through the front door for every trip.The heated pool was cold. When the pool technicians arrived on our last day they acknowledged that it as cold and put the heated on for our last day.Otherwise we had a fantastic Cape Cod vacation with ur family!

Nice and private property with a pool

Overall we had a wonderful time at the property. Everyone in the family, adults and kids enjoyed the pool and the fact that there were enough bedrooms for everyone was great. The house was clean and equipped ok. The pool area was very nicely equipped and multiple outdoor spaces was great for everyone. It was well maintained. My comments for improvements: pots and pans in the house need to be updated, for us there were almost not usable. It be great if they equip the house with beach chairs as well. Finally the fact that the House didn’t come with linens and wr had to rent all towels and linens added a bit of extra hassle, not to mention the cost. For such a big house it would be great if owners include that in the cleaning service. Gathering all linens and towels before leaving is not fun. Overall the house was nice.

Great family getaway

This property was amazing. House was warm and welcoming to our large family of 10. Lots of room for us all, nice privet community but close to everything we needed. Pool was a huge hit with kids and adults. The owners had so many amenities anytime we thought we would need to run to the store to grab something we forgot like a bandaid or Tylenol we just looked in the cabinet and there they were. Great house would definitely go again!

Great summer house
