Punta Mita is located 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, along the coast of the Bay of Banderas.

Hacienda de Mita 402 is within the luxurious Punta Mita gates, home to well known hotels such as the Four Seasons and St. Regis. Hacienda de Mita is the only condo complex that is located on the ocean (Bay of Banderas), within the gates of Punta Mita. Our Condo looks over the gentle surf break of known to surfers & paddle boarders. You will enjoy waking up to the quiet sound of waves rolling up on the sand! Start your 2 hour beach walk, when the tide is out, and enjoy miles of beautiful beach.

Hacienda 402 is professionally decorated with luxury & comfort in mind. The condo is equipped with high speed internet, satellite, nice TVs, VOIP telephone, an Apple TV as well a golf cart to get around. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with juicers, Vitamixer/blender, nice dishes, and high end appliances, such as WOLF. There is dining for 8 available both inside and outside. The doors slide seamlessly open so the ocean is invited into the living room. Truly spectacular!

There are 3 main bedrooms, two with King size beds, and one with 2 queen beds. There is also a bunk style bed (for 2) in the small bedroom that shares the laundry facility. There is also a half-bath.

Hacienda 402 comes with access to the highest level "Premier Membership." With the association of the Premier Membership, you will have access to 2 the Residence Beach Club & Kupuri Beach Club; as well as both golf courses, & the fitness center. The newly opened Kupuri Beach Club offers first class amenities, as well as a list of many water sport activities.

Hacienda de Mita is well maintained and simply beautiful. The pool is 10 steps from your door and the ocean is about 100. It is paradise at it's finest!

My favorite part is being walking distance to so much! Walking, paddle boarding, surfing and dining are so near the quaint Punta de Mita town, where everyone is friendly and the restaurants are excellent. Tranquil paradise at it's finest!
