The house manager Jasmine is outstanding! She helped organize everything for us from restaurant reservations, transportation, grocery shopping and much more. The 3 ice machines in the house is also a nice touch for a large group.

Perfect for a family vacation

Most Lovely Villa Ever

Great property for a group

Casa Grande had everything you’d want for a relaxing vacation in Turks. They provide high quality snorkel gear, coolers for the beach, beach toys, etc., and the house is clean and well air conditioned. Great experience overall.

Beachfront Beauty

Casa Grande lives up to its name. It is a big property to accommodate a large family gathering. It is luxurious , and comfortable and well equipped. Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The ocean view never disappointed as well as the landscaping that surrounded the house. The location down the beach from water activities and restaurants were often visited.

Still Golden - 50th Anniversary trip

Everything was wonderful! House was amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. The location on the beach was perfect! Feels private! We had the best time! Everyone loved the outdoor showers. Outdoor kitchen as so nice. Snorkeling close by. We left a review at the house in the guest book of all our favorite spots to eat and things we did!

Perfect Stay at Casa Grande!

We had an exceptional stay at Casa Grande. The location is only about 10 minutes from the airport and is in a lovely area. The property is amazing and we loved the indoor/outdoor space, the private pool, the view from the upper floor, and the large indoor/outdoor showers. The beach view didn't hurt either :). We loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool. Communications with the house manager was great, and we appreciated the tips on a boat trip and restaurants. We also loved the boat trip with Island Vibes, which was recommended by the folks at Casa Grande. Thank you, Casa Grande, for a trip and experience we will never forget!

The little details made a huge difference. Tons of bath towels, bedding and pillows. Phone service included was a huge benefit for those of us that had kids at home. Plenty of cups and kitchen supplies. Very comfortable and safe environment. Beautifully maintained grounds. Close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Can't wait to come back! Gorgeous beaches, clean and clear water. Perfect vacation setting!

Fantasy Vacation Home!

This home and location is truly unbelievable! From the wonderful Grace Bay beach location to the gorgeous home....this has it ALL! The house is very open and each bedroom is private. Perfect for afternoon napping or personal quiet time. The huge sliding doors are wonderful for connecting the inside and outdoor entertaining. We loved the surround system outside and the music kept us partying all day! The beach is gorgeous! I wake up dreaming about this place. It truly was my fantasy vacation! Worth every cent!

Amazing house in great location

We were a 3 generational family group looking for a pandemic safe vacation and we found it. Casa Grande is gorgeous and has every amenity -- the beautiful photos on the VRBO site were accurate. The pool is beautiful and it's a short walk out to the property's own beach. Casa Grande is its own oasis -- beautiful garden & grounds -- but it's also only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The property management team were very helpful before our booking and before our arrival. Before we finalized the booking, they helpfully provided diagrams and photos of the layout and all the stairs, so I could ensure that my parents (aka the grandparents in the group) would be able to navigate everything, and they provided information about resources for our arrival including catering/dining. They also offered a "stock the fridge" service which was very helpful for our arrival.

Unbelievable family vacation

You never have to leave the property! Jasmine, the property manager was EXCELLENT. She helped arrange the massage therapists to the house on a last minute notice and organized a superb private chef with a delicious meal, and was available for our every need— it was truly 5 star. The view was breath taking and the pool was perfect. We went snorkeling off the beach most every day with snorkel equipment from the house and it was amazing— the best snorkeling most people in the family have ever seen. The Tuesday clean was much appreciated and really made the stay even more comfortable. We would highly recommend Omar’s for a casual beach eat. Da conch shack is good for an afternoon drink and was quite ‘instagramable’ Thursday night fish fry was super fun, but eat before you go.

A slice of paradise

We traveled to Casa Grande for my wife's 60 birthday (a year delayed due to covid) with my three daughters, their husbands, and my four grandchildren. As soon as we arrived we knew we were in for a special week, walking up the outside stairway and looking thru the iconic arch swing is a breathtaking site (the pictures do not do this justice). This is a special place and this home is so well designed and decorated inside and out. We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach during the day and everywhere we went seems like it was within 10-15 minute drive. The farthest we traveled was the golf course and it was awesome and quite challenging (wind was blowing 20-30mph), if you golf make sure you make a tee time. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful destination anytime but this home made it so much more special. The amenities at the property are vast, the living room and kitchen area is large but very cozy and opening up the sliding doors creates a great indoor/outdoor space. The property is well landscaped and there are many little nooks to discover walking around the property. All though we didn't get the best weather, we had the greatest time. If you have an opportunity to visit this property I would highly recommend it. I hope we have an opportunity to go back someday!

Beautiful beach but be aware of construction

We just returned from a week at Casa Grande. While the location is great and Grace Bay is gorgeous, our time at the villa was spent listening to heavy construction, power saws/drills, roofing, and hammering from early morning until evening every day. There is a commercial building project going on just yards from the property that will likely go on for some time. In addition to the noise, we had a rat, mice and snake in two of the downstairs bedrooms. One of the beds was covered with droppings and hair upon arrival. We alerted the management and they sent maintenance. We saw the critters a few times during the week and they ate a hole in a backpack that was up on a luggage rack and made a nest in my sister-in-law’s clothes, covering them with hair and droppings. We know this part of island living but it still impacted our stay. We realize a property owner cannot be responsible for nearby construction however wish we had been informed of the extent and proximity of the project before our trip. Travelers should be aware that there could be substantial noise until the construction of project next door is complete.

We take great pride in our property and always want to ensure all our guests are delighted with their stay. So we were very disappointed to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately construction and progress are part of life. We have worked closely with the construction crew next door to minimize the noise level, especially early in the day. In addition they have installed protective screening to block and shield Casa Grande from the construction next door. Until your visit these measures have proved to be very effective and kept our guests happy. Each guest has their own interpretation of what noise level is acceptable and we apologize that the noise level was more than you expected. As an additional point of reference, we have had 3 additional rentals to large families since your stay and none have complained about the noise level. We have the property treated on a regular basis for pest and insects. After you notified us of the issue we immediately had the home retreated and additional traps set which has resolved the problem. To be clear none of the regular beds were covered in droppings, the bed you refer to was a fold up chair/bed that had not been used for some time and mouse had made a nest inside. Since your visit we have changed our cleaning procedures to open all fold up beds after each guests stay to ensure they are clean. In closing, we are sorry for the noise encountered during your stay. You were made aware of the potential construction going on next door on multiple occasions and given the opportunity to cancel or move to another property.

Absolutely the best family vacation ever!

If we could give Casa Grande 10 stars we would! This house is perfect! This was our first trip to Turks & Caico’s. When we arrived at Casa Grande, drove through the gated entrance up to the absolutely stunning home, all of us were beyond impressed! The home is set up perfectly for a large group. We all had our own space with the 6 large en suite bedrooms. Everything is CLEAN, pure luxury and no detail has been overlooked! The location could not be better! The kitchen and living/dining room are beautiful, comfortable, spacious with everything you need plus more! We ate at the outdoor dining table most of the time while enjoying the incredible views of Grace Bay. The pool is fantastic (with views of Grace Bay)and our family enjoyed countless hours in it. It is worth the small fee to have it heated. So many beach, pool toys and towels. Having the gorgeous home directly on the beach where we could snorkel right out in front of the house was fantastic! Also, on the flip side of the house are beautiful gardens with another eating area, fountain and swing. Absolutely gorgeous! The owners, Judy (the concierge) Kamar (the chef) were so incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. Judy also did our grocery shopping and helped with reservations for fishing and boating. Kamar is an incredible chef and what a treat to arrive to a fabulous Grouper dinner (the first of many) Kamar also lined up a beach fire dancer - what a show! He had the nurse come to the house for our return covid tests so returning to the US was an easy process. Judy and Kamar also checked in with us daily to see if there was anything we needed during our stay! Again, this was the best vacation any of our family has ever been on.
