Modern Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit - Walk to Beach!

As soon as you walk into this modern split level, you'll feel right at home. The entire space is light, bright, and modern with all the extra touches to make your vacation unforgettable. A free-flowing open layout on the main level is all you need, but you've got an entire lower level of bonus space for the crew to spread out, plus a converted garage game room.

Living Spaces
The well-appointed main living room is such a welcoming spot to unwind after a day on the beach. Huge windows and glass sliders to the wrap-around deck allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, which is decorated with comfortable, high-end furniture centered around a cozy gas fireplace. Get the fire going and curl up with a book, watch TV on the sofa, or use the bar seating for two as the perfect workspace for the kids' homework or if you need to check in with the office. Craving a little bit of separation? Send the kids downstairs to the second living room – the perfect hangout spot. On rainy days, relax on the sectional and stream your favorite shows on the huge flatscreen TV, or grab some games from our selection and host a friendly competition at the game table. Stock the wet bar with drinks and s'mores supplies for easy access when you head out through the sliders to the fire pit on the patio. If two large living rooms aren't enough space, head to The Garage. Converted into a full game room, the garage will keep everyone entertained. We've got ping pong, darts, vintage arcade games (Pac-Man, anyone?), and a Smart TV to keep the crew busy for hours. Open the doors to bring the outside in, grab a seat on the couch, and let the fun begin.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. During the non-peak season, 2 night reservations will receive a 3rd night free! Restrictions may apply, please inquire for more details about the additional night.

Cooking & Dining
When you're back from the lake and ready for a snack, head to the beautifully-designed, modern kitchen. It's fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, tons of storage for your groceries, and ample counter space for meal prep. Brew a single cup or full pot of coffee, use the 6-burner stove for your culinary creations, and enjoy views of greenery in the private backyard while you're washing the dishes. Have a casual meal at the built-in breakfast nook, or host a more formal affair at the dining table with seating for eight.

Bed & Bath
This split-level floor plan is the perfect setup for two families vacationing together or large families that need some space to spread out. With three bedrooms (including the primary suite) upstairs and two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa downstairs, there are endless options for places to rest your head. And if you do travel with a large group, the large capacity washer and dryer in the mudroom will definitely come in handy.

Outdoor Spaces
When you have the beach just a short walk away, you might not care too much about the backyard. But you should! Because this private backyard is the perfect place to make memories with the family. Set up fun lawn games in the large, grassy yard, grill and dine al fresco on the upper deck off of the kitchen, and gather around the fire pit on the flagstone patio. New in the Spring of 2023 was the addition of the hot tub. In the front of the house, lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture in the shade on the covered wrap-around deck. And, of course, enjoy the peak lake views. When you're ready to head to the beach, we're only a few houses down and across the street from First Street Beach. Take a 5-minute walk, or ride your bike down. We provide bikes, beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas, and sand toys, so all you have to do is enjoy Lake Michigan.
