Honeymoon stay

Amazing stay here! We were welcomed with a fresh fruit basket and the condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Great Condo!

Super clean condo with outstanding view of the ocean. Well equipped kitchen & super comfortable beds. Nice & quiet and the grounds are well maintained. Loved sitting out on the lanai every morning & evening. Very relaxing! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Big Island!

A Perfect Spot!

This condo was fantastic. Being on the third floor and an end unit offered amazing panoramic ocean views. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular, and we even saw manta rays at dusk one evening! We really enjoyed the welcome basket with local fruits and definitely visited the nearby farmer's market for more of our favorites, such as the white pineapple, papaya, and soursop. The condo was well equipped with items like trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Its location was convenient to a nearby grocery store, restaurants in Kona, hiking, and snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay and Kahalu'u Beach Park. We stayed during the last week of July and didn't need air conditioning, which I was a bit concerned about.

That lanai!!!!!! Didn't want to leave...

Breakfast on the lanai, cocktails on the lanai, even a downpour was great on the lanai. Equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very spacious and the vaulted ceiling makes it seem even bigger. Beautiful property and quick drive into Kona and attractions south.

STUNNING!

Everyday we were at this beautiful condo, we felt so incredibly lucky and relaxed! Beautifully decorated and generously appointed. The lanai living is where it is at! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you thank you for sharing such a special place!

Great View & Location - Well Appointed

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. We had stayed in the complex before and really like it. The view is outstanding and the small beach to the north and great snorkeling within walking distance is amazing. There is a grocery store and restaurant nearby too. The condo is well furnished and there are a lot of extras like beach chairs, tennis racquets, snorkeling equipment, etc. We played a little tennis and the club is beautifully landscaped. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view and great location!

Easy drive from the airport. The location of the condo was very convenient, close to the manta ray, snorkelling and coffee farm tours we took. The ocean view from the condo was just gorgeous. Owner was very prompt in communication. I missed the original email of check in instructions, and the owner graciously re-sent it. Check in / check out was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Terrific unit in KKSR

We love staying at KKSR when we visit Kona. The entire property is well maintained and much quieter than other locations along Alii. 1-306 was clean and well equipped. The views from the 3rd floor are spectacular - I spent many hours reading on the lanai, watching canoes and kayaks go by, and catching some sunsets. This unit has been our favorite so far and we will definitely look for it again when we return to the island.

Awesome!

The condo was stocked with EVERYTHING that we needed or wanted. The condo and beds were clean and comfortable. The view was incredible and it was pretty quiet because it is the top unit. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! The condo doesn’t have AC which we didn’t mind but if you can’t handle being a little warm that is something to consider before booking.

We had a good time and really Enjoyed the the wrap around deck and the view. Well stocked for all our needs. Really wish it had AC being the summer heat is so hot. The only other thing is the toaster does not work well at all. Over all a great place.

Incredible ocean view

Our family of four stayed there for our family vacation. It was the best decision I have made for the trip! The ocean view is amazing. Even if we have to stay inside and not go anywhere else, I would be happy! 😁😁 It’s close to places we wanted to go, easy access to restaurants, shave ice (priority for my son). It has everything we need inside. And it’s in a nice, quiet and safe gated community. We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

The pictures almost don't do this beautiful unit justice. We had so many things planned on the island 🏝. Once we got there, I would have been happy just sitting on the Lanai and looking at the view. I found myself actually feeling bad for the people in other condos that didn't have a view like ours. I can't wait to go back. 🌺🍹🦎🌴🌴

Paradise!

Incredible large ocean front property. Pictures of property were accurate. The lanai was huge and a great place to star gaze. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. No AC but the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze was perfect. The only issue we had was that the water turned off on our way out through out the whole condo while washing the dishes.

Wonderful stay, great location from which to access the island, without being in thick of things.

Our host was a great communicator. We arrived late and found a welcome basket of fresh local fruit and goodies from a local farm. This prompted us to visit the Farmers Market the next day up the street where we met the farmer who did the welcome basket. The condo was clean and being on the top floor was great! It is a quiet area and so relaxing. The pool was nice. We loved how easy it was to access the streets and roads to visit other places on the island, without having to go through the traffic of Ali’i Drive. This condo and host are to recommend.

Great condo with an unbeatable view

The condo was larger than we anticipated! We loved the big lanai and its incredible view of the ocean and picture-perfect sunsets. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need for beach days - cooler, snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. We had so much fun using the boogie boards. One of the kitchen cabinet doors had been removed prior to our arrival, but didn't interfere with usability of the kitchen. There were some cooking staples (non-stick spray, olive oil, salt, pepper, random seasonings) and plenty of kitchen tools, making it easy to cook several meals. It was nice having two king beds, plus the couch is essentially a futon mattress. The beds were moderately comfortable and likely just a matter of personal preference. The rear bedroom has the best mattress! Huge bonus having two bathrooms, especially since we were traveling with kids/teens.

Great view

Nice older property with amazing corner balcony with ocean views and crashing waves. Quiet property with good natural light. Beware no A/C. I feel like they should make that more clear. It was hot one night, the others weren’t bad. For some strange reason there was no shampoo or conditioner which is not good for teenage girls. I texted and was told that the unit doesn’t provide them. Seems very odd given almost all places you stay do. Ice maker barely works. Otherwise very nice unit.

Amazing Slice of Heaven on Earth!

Upon entering the beautiful unit we were greated with an wonderful basket with an assortment of fruit and jams from the local farmers market. Then your eyes are instantly drawn to the ocean outside. The host pictures do not do any justice for this beautiful location. If you want to watch the most pisquerst sunset you have ever seen, then it needs to be done on this balcony. If you want to fall alseep to ocean waves crashing outside your bedroom/patio windows, this is the place. If you want beautiful lush mountain sunrise mornings then you have found the place. The grounds were immaculant. Living in Florida and being a Community Manager for Condos for over 15 years I was a little critical (but couldnt help it 😁) the place was absolutely beautiful. Communication with the host was fast and freindly everytime. We cant wait to come back and stay at this amazing unit again. Wishing all that decide to enjoy this slice of heaven, all the joy we had during our visit. Aloha!

Terrific in every way!

We had the BEST time at this condo! First, the grounds are taken care of really well. One day we were at the pool and did have to listen to chain saws, but they have to do it sometime, right? The pool was clean. We liked having the private access gate. We always felt comfortable and safe. The views from the condo were AMAZING! We loved the large lanai and ate outside at every meal. It was a great place to relax. The condo was equipped with every possible thing we could have needed! We used beach chairs and snorkel gear. (we cleaned before and after use) The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom in the rear was very warm so we slept in the living area and utilized the ceiling fans and portable fan to stay comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer at the condo too. All soap and paper was supplied. I would recommend this condo 100%! (you do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs- good way to work off the MaiTais!!)

The view from this vacation rental was astounding. The sound of the ocean waves was a constant presence. Every aspect of hospitality was considered in our stay, including plenty of beach towels, snorkeling equipment and chairs. It made accessing nearby experiences easy. We would have been happy just sitting in the lanai the entire trip.

Spectacular sunset views from balcony!

The location of the condo was ideal for grocery shopping, farmers market, ice cream, and restaurants. The condo had multiple parking spots in case you rent a car. The views from the balcony are awesome! You can sleep listening to the waves. Having a washer and dryer was super handy. The nearby beach was great! We enjoyed our stay and relaxation.

AMAZING !!!

The first minutes in the appartment blew us away. It is a truely amazing place with a spectacluar view to the ocean. We arrived just before sunset and just couldn't believe it. Everything was clean, tidy and we did not miss anything. We hope to have the opportunity to come back in the future.

Lovely stay with amazing ocean views

This property has such a great view of the ocean! We loved having our meals on the lanai and looking at the beautiful shades of blue. It was clean, well stocked, and a delicious fruit basket was waiting for us upon our arrival. Communication with manager was great, she was quick to answer our questions and demands. The pool is amazing with the kids, such as the ping pong table. Just a short drive away from many stores, restaurants and beaches. Mahalo!
