Wonderful stay

The property is beautifully kept. It was lovely, serene and relaxing. We enjoyed the fresh mountain air, clean space and quietness. There was a slight issue with the AC unit and the gate, but the property owners were right on it and resolved it quickly. I appreciated their communication throughout, and one of the owners driving 2 hours to the property to fix the issue and ensure that we were comfortable. That made all the difference for my family and I. We will definitely return.

Great fall break getaway

Really relaxing place to get away for a few days. Took the family here for fall break and enjoyed fishing and playing in the river. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

Beautiful, peaceful property. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed being able to disconnect and relax. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Setting

The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable There are lots of great places for you to sit and read, nap, watch the river otters and just to walk and admire the beautiful grounds If you are looking for a private and peaceful place that is not too far from town, this is the place

Amazing, unique, luxury property and great management! Excellent experience!

The house is amazing, very clean and top products available. State of the art kitchen, fire pit, grills, outdoor games, extensive space, River bordering the property. It is quiet, beautifully maintained. The owners were great and our every need was met! Highly recommended, we had an amazing, beautiful wgrill, Must see, we will be back!

Serenity Now

The property is quiet and beautiful with many tasteful landscape touches that create many unique areas to relax and enjoy nature’s sights and sounds. I found the spotty cellular and wifi service very refreshing. Will definitely come back again.

Peaceful and beautiful

The house is great, clean and equipped with all you need for your stay. Beautiful rooms and kitchen/living area. The grounds, the river, the pond and the views are stunning. The host is super responsive! We enjoyed spending time there with friends and family several times already. Every season has a different beauty. It never disappoints!

It is 6 stars out of 5!

It was way more than enough to enjoy & relax. My family loved staying at this Fantastic resort. It was nice and clean, well equipped. My wife is usually a little picky about rental resorts; however, she really liked this one. My sons and I enjoyed fishing on the river & the pond. It is really quiet, and the surroundings are secure. This place is on the top line of my must-coming back list. Thank you for sharing your place. Have a blessed day!

One Great Memory

We came to surprise and celebrate my husband's birthday. The place was better than the listing described. The property was so well manicured. Atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The living area was spacious. The kitchen was so well equipped, better than my own! We all felt very comfortable. The River was amazing with easy access from the property. Got in with our river rafts and just relaxed watching the fish jump as we fed them. Played cornhole, there is also an area for a nice soccer game. Nice grill and picnic area. Overall this is a place I would recommend to all. WARNING though once you come and stay you will not want to leave!

Beautiful grounds; super clean; odd arrangement

We had a lovely time and especially appreciated the Evolve contact person, who was so responsive. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were gorgeous. The only glitch was that the common area (kitchen and main tv room) were not connected to the bedrooms, requiring that you go outside to get there for meals, coffee, etc. We didn't expect this, and it was raining, so it was inconvenient. Also the kitchenettes in each bedroom were not stocked with dishes or utensils, so it wasn't practical to meet and spend time in one another's rooms for snacks or meals. This glitch was the exception, as I stated. The place really was perfectly clean and very comfortable, located close to hiking at Fires Creek and a short drive to Hayesville, where there are great restaurants and some shopping. Thanks so much, Evolve! We always rent through your management company in north Georgia!
