Summary:
Beachside "Casa Costa" cottage w/Gulf Views! Relax with the whole family! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath has been completely renovated and has large partially covered wrap-around deck. The open living room has a vaulted ceiling and multiple windows looking out towards the Gulf! Downstairs has separate entrance with screened-in porch, outdoor shower & lots of outdoor seating/dining areas! 3rd row location from beach with unobstructed views!! No vehicles on the beach which makes for an almost “private beach” feel!

The Space:
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Downstairs has a separate entrance with an open living area, bunk beds and a full bathroom. Downstairs also has a screened in porch.

SLEEP CONFIGURATION: (sleeps 14 in beds)
~ Master with King bed with luxury hotel bedding and en suite bath (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom with Queen bed with luxury hotel bedding and shared full hall bath (sleeps 2)
~ 3rd bedroom with Queen over Queen bunkbed with luxury hotel bedding and shared full hall bath (sleeps 4)
~ 4th bedroom with Queen over Queen and Twin over Twin bunkbeds with luxury hotel bedding and shared full bath (sleeps up to 6, ground level, separate entrance)
~ Sofa sleeper, please bring own bedding if intend to use (sleeps up to 2, ground level), separate entrance

Interior amenities: Ceiling fans, WIFI/internet. All appliances including washer and dryer.

Exterior amenities: Tons of outdoor seating, fire pit, outdoor shower, safety/security cameras.

Located on the west end is Bermuda Beach, which is nestled between Spanish Grant and Pirates’ Beach, you will find the Bermuda Beach community. All homes are just steps from the Gulf water and feature gorgeous views! This beachfront community is very popular with a comfortable, coastal, and family-friendly vibe!

Come visit and enjoy ALL the outdoor adventures you could want! Watch dolphins, fish from the pier (or from one of our canal, bay or beachside rental homes), surf the waves, kayak, beach comb and soak up the sun and sea air. And after a day of activities, stop by one of the nearby popular hangouts - The West End Marina & Restaurants, The Waterman Seafood Grill and/or Cafe Michael Burger for a fun atmosphere to enjoy snacks, cocktails or meal!

We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out, as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

Some issues
We do have some input on the rental. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. The humidity, even with the single air conditioning unit, was unbearable. The floors were wet, and all of our clothing became very damp. We had to hang up our clothes when we arrived home to dry. A dehumidifier is highly recommended! There was a water main break that led to issues with the hot water. Many cold showers. After the main was fixed, the shared upstairs bath had intermittent hot water. We had to call a service technician, who stated the hot water heater needed to be updated. He never returned. The one exit to the upstairs is a fire hazard. Maybe supply emergency window ladders? The one bedroom upstairs has no window coverings. A privacy and room darkening issue. The rules posted on the wall did say to strip the beds. Maybe update that in your texts. And to leave the thermostats at 78°
