Prime downtown location for this exquisite 3-bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished and equipped condominium. Newly remodeled with core-tech flooring and a spacious new deck with views of downtown Charlevoix. Bedrooms include two king beds and two twin beds. This upper unit is in the center of all what Charlevoix has to offer.

Located above the Townhouse Bar, across from East Park and the Charlevoix Marina. Walk down to enjoy the fine dining and entertainment. Listen to the bands in the park or stroll to Lake Michigan Beach only three blocks away to swim, play in the sand and watch the spectacular sunsets. Additionally, there are several golf courses nearby to test the greens.
NO parties are allowed of any kind.

We stayed the week in Charlevoix and could not be more pleased with the apartment and location! Very spacious and centrally located to restaurants, shops, fishing and the beach.

Clean and Location

The location was perfect for our long weekend stay. Close to everything that we wanted to do. The place was also very clean and when we stay somewhere that is very important.

Downtown

I would have given this property a 5 star rating, the reduction in stars is to no fault of anyone. Unfortunately the properties air gave out during a very hot weekend. Barb was very responsive and apologetic about the situation. That aside, property location was perfect. We just werent able to enjoy it to its full potential due to the heat.

Great apartment right in the center of downtown Charlevoix!

The location of what we dubbed the apartment “our home” Situated above “our bar” was perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants and cocktails! It was enjoyable watching the traffic and people over coffee every morning on “our balcony” The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable and the apartment was nice and spacious!

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location was very convenient. The unit was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. The property was clean and well maintained. The property management was friendly and responded to questions quickly. We will definitely consider this property in the future!

The main shower was a little small. We did have problem with the wifi but was settled quickly. This our third time visiting and enjoyed it every time

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo above Town House! I can’t imagine you’ll find a more centrally located rental than this one. It is very clean and much bigger than appears in pictures. The owners were excellent with communication and response, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our accommodation. The noise above the bar was noticeable at night but not A nuisance. We had two young children and they didn’t notice at all. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Right in the heart of all things Charlevoix! Close to the action (which we love), clean, comfortable, spacious and ease of communication with the owner was on point. For those who are wondering if it’s loud staying above a bar - we couldn’t hear ANYTHING coming from inside the bar, and it was packed! Literally soundproof. Definitely hope to return!!

Great option in the heart of Charlevoix

Just returned from a 9-night stay at this lovely Bridge St. condo in Charlevoix. Have to begin by thanking Barb Murray, the property manager. She was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which was incredibly important since the AC was unfortunately offline for the first few days of our stay. Barb kept us in the loop throughout with regard to the timeline for repairs, and went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of despite the suboptimal summer conditions. Thank you, Barb!As for the condo itself, it was perfect for our family of four. Tons of space and natural light, great kitchen and living room, and you absolutely cannot beat the location. It's such a gift to walk out the door and be right in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. We would absolutely stay here again. Only cons I can think of: 1.) Both showers are tiny. I am 6'2" so it felt like I was taking a shower in a phone booth. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. 2.) You are upstairs of the Town House Bar so expect to hear some music at night -- actually, it's less hearing the music and more feeling the bass at times. This did not bother us at all and it didn't keep us awake or anything, but again, it is something to be mindful of if you are sensitive to this sort of thing.

Perfect stay

The place was beautiful, large rooms, great view. Location was perfect. We stayed during the apple festival and were able to walk to the craft show, breweries and restaurants. Drove to the tunnel of trees, 40 min north and enjoyed the colors of a Michigan Autumn. Thank you Barbara we will return.

Great Location

Very clean and well equipped. A few upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen appliances (all appear to be circa 60s). Showers very small and very slippery; guest room bath shower head needs to be replaced. Balcony is wonderful to people watch and enjoy the area. I would recommend it to friends.

Looking forward to returning next year!

We've been vacationing in Charlevoix for the last 20 years. It was our first stay at this property (for 3-weeks). We TRULY enjoyed our stay: coffee/breakfast and cocktails/desserts on the balcony; hosting our daughter and son-in-law for dinner; wonderful location on the main street in downtown Charlevoix; walking to shopping, farmers market, and dining. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt "at home." Barb was readily available and quickly handled a couple of minor issues. We're ready to return next summer.
