The entertaining area opens onto a large deck which gives access to the garden and spa pool. A fantastic spot for friends to meet with three King Size Beds, two bathrooms and plenty of room for bikes and toys in the garage.

The Space:
Downstairs: The ground floor encompasses a Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room, creating a spacious area for gatherings. There's also a Bathroom and a Laundry room for added convenience. You'll find a Garage for parking and a Deck with an Entertaining area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Bedroom Two is fitted with a King Bed.

Upstairs: The Master Bedroom boasts a King Bed for a restful stay. Bedroom Three offers another King Bed, accommodating multiple guests. A Bathroom and an Office complete the upper level.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. The rear of the building is a separate two-bedroom townhouse that is rented separately.
