Room was really outdated, sofa bed was terrible and no seating in den area

Not impressed at all. Washer was to small to even wash bed liens and dryer took hours to dry even a couple of beach towels

It was good.

We had a good vacation. Need to have better direction on check in. The dryer wasn’t the best but they are aware and supposed to fix. If any promotions are listed just know they may not honor it due to expiring when your rental is booked. Overall it was a great vacation.

Nice condo! Very clean. Ceiling was leaking and some beeping noise in kitchen. Otherwise a great place! Highly recommended

The checkin process was horrible. I wasted an entire day on the beach waiting for 2 parking passes and wristbands, that ended up being only one. I couldn’t leave the room until I got them because they might possibly tow my car. One car had to be parked in a lot without security. The refrigerator leaked, no linens for the sofa bed, and the dryer didn’t work. We have used this company before, but this was not what I as listed. I will not stay here again.

Spring Break Dissatisfaction

The property we love but the issues with the rental group handling this property was terrible. We arrived at 3:30pm on our check in day and called to see if the room was ready. The rental group advised it was but when we entered the property there were dirty bed covers in the unit and no fresh linens in the unit. The parking passes and wristbands were also not in the unit. They advertise Explorie package with free attraction tickets and then tell you that is no longer available even though the posting shows it. I called back and they had someone return in about an hour with linens. The wrist bands and parking passes were not in the unit and I had to call back again. We did not receive parking passes and wristbands until the next morning after I called again. There was old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and the unit was not clean. The rental group offered to do nothing to try and right the situation. I was also told that free beach chairs daily were included and they are not. We will never use this rental group of Panhandle Getaways again.

Loved the view!

Condo could have been a little cleaner. A lot of sand in the floor, obviously that is expected, but this was excessive. Other than that, great experience! We will be back!

Beautiful, quiet beachfront property with a great view

With the condo being on the 17th floor, we had an amazing ocean view with perfect sunsets! The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and having two bathrooms was a plus! We were loved being right now to Schooners! The only negative things we have to say about our stay was; there were multiple lightbulbs that were burnout, the cleaning could be improved (sweeping the floor, dusting, and cleaning the showers), and we got locked out of our condo for over an hour one night after a maintenance call. The maintenance man changed the code to get in the door and we had to wait over an hour for him to return to let us in. All in all, we cannot wait to go back!

Awesome

Fortunately everything about this condo was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very beautiful scrnery

The view was amazing. The room was nice. We did walk in to some problems as we arrived around midnight, but was able to call and the problems were corrected the next morning. I was not aware of a parking pass until I went to the front desk because everything requires a code to get in. But it was brought to the hotel after a quick phone call. I would definitely stay here again.
