Welcome to your own private oasis at 514/265 Sandy Point Road located within the iconic surrounds of the Oak Pacific Blue resort in Port Stephen. This stunning two-bedroom duplex villa is perfect for a relaxing luxury retreat, complete with resort-style amenities. As our guest you'll also have access to all the amazing facilities the resort has to offer, including the lagoon pool, the longest pool in the southern hemisphere, a fitness center, tennis courts, a sauna, and two hot tubs. You have your own kitchen, and if you don't feel like cooking, there's an on-site restaurant and cafe in the resort. When it's time to cool off, take a dip in the private swimming pool located inside the unit or take a lap around the lagoon pool and sip a cocktail at pool side bar/restaurant. Enjoy playing tennis or let off some steam in the gym and sauna or simply relax in the hot tubs or float around the lagoon pool and on your inflatable swan.

As you step inside your own private Villa, you'll find a beautifully furnished living space with all the comforts of home. The villa features two comfortable bedrooms upstairs. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with their own air conditioning units. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and rice cooker, so you can whip up your favorite meals with ease. And when it's time to unwind, you can enjoy the free Wi-Fi and Netflix available for your entertainment.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart flat TV, a baby bassinet, and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a bunk bed (two single beds), and a wall wardrobe, perfect for families or groups of friends. There is a bathroom and shower on each level for your convenience.

With onsite check in and the bonus of a secure lock up parking garage you are within walking distance to supermarkets like Aldi and Coles and a short drive (1.2 Km) to Pristine Bay Beach at Roy Wood Reserve and only a few minutes away from Horizons Golf Course. There is also a bus stop in front of the resort. You are truly in center of all.

Salamander Bay offers it s own charming and unique attractions for visitors, like many of the neighbouring towns in Port Stephens and along the New South Wales coastline.
Time seems to have stood still in Salamander Bay. Rolling white sand kisses the pristine and glistening ocean, the food and wine here is fit for gods; this is a taste of paradise.
Time here is best spent outdoors, either exploring the beautiful bay or surrounding parkland or simply pulling out the picnic set and lazing in the sun. Produce from the near by Hunter Valley is a must!

Walking paths from the Resort lead down to the calm waters of Roy Wood Reserve enjoyed by families for a swim or a BBq picnic as well as a popular fishing spot with a bait shop on the road leading down.

While at the neighbourhood of Salamander Bay, perfect for the family or those after something more casual with fast food outlets, a shopping centre, tavern and ten pin bowling nearby.

The beautiful headland walk, following the water from Corlette beach to the Anchorage, is not to be missed. Drop in for a morning coffee or afternoon drink and, if you look up, you could be lucky enough to see local koalas along the way. You can follow the water and walk all the way into Nelson Bay. You’ll find gorgeous parks and reserves dotted along the water's edge around the bays which are perfect for family picnics and BBQs, most with playgrounds for the kids. Or, if you prefer some exercise, there are paths and bike lanes which will take you along the water's edge from Corlette to Salamander Bay.

Salamander Bay Square is a thriving shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Aldi as well as a range of specialty stores and a food court. You’ll find a range of casual food plus entertainment in the centre, with Tomaree Aquatic Centre and Toboggan Hill Park nearby.

Pets are not welcome at this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 500 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
