The Space:

A comfortable two-level house on the exclusive Kawaha Point peninsula, with breathtaking 180-degree views over Lake Rotorua. On the ground floor there's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room that flows straight out to the deck, where a private spa pool and a BBQ make the most of the lake outlook. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the main bathroom. It's a lovely spot to relax and take in the view, and just five minutes from Skyline and Rotorua Canopy Tours.

You'll have the house to yourselves, including the three guest bedrooms, the full bathroom and downstairs toilet, the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the deck with its spa pool and BBQ. Please note the owner keeps one separate bedroom locked for when they stay. There's free parking on site, with a garage and laundry downstairs.

Pukeko Landing sits in the sought-after suburb of Kawaha Point, set on a peninsula reaching into Lake Rotorua - a quiet, leafy spot with beautiful water views. You're just five minutes from many of Rotorua's most popular attractions, including Skyline's gondola and luge and Rotorua Canopy Tours, and about 9 to 10 minutes from the city centre, lakefront and Polynesian Spa. It's a peaceful lakeside base that's still handy to everything.



Getting Around:

A car is easiest here, with free parking on site. By car, Skyline and Rotorua Canopy Tours are just 5 minutes away, the city centre around 9, Polynesian Spa about 10, Te Puia 13, and the Redwoods roughly 15. Rotorua Airport is about a 18 to 19 minute drive.

The house enjoys stunning 180-degree lake views and a private spa pool on the deck. Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility issues, and the owner keeps one separate bedroom locked for their own use. The bedroom windows have insect screens, so you can open them for fresh air on warmer nights.
