The Space:

Epic Escape is a big, easy-going five-bedroom house in leafy Lynmore, with a huge swim spa out the back and the Redwoods forest trails just two minutes away. Sleeping eight across three king rooms and two single rooms, with a sunny deck built for entertaining, it's an easy base for families, groups and anyone here to ride, walk and soak.

The star out the back is the huge swim spa - big enough to swim against the jets or spread out and soak, and a real treat after a day in the forest or out at the lakes. A sunny deck runs off the house, made for BBQs and al fresco meals, with a lawn and patio to enjoy.



- LAUNDRY & PARKING -

Laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. A single garage with high ceilings for secure parking, bikes and gear, plus free parking on the driveway and street.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all five bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen and dining, the living areas, the laundry, the garage and the outdoor spaces including the swim spa and deck. Free parking is on the driveway and street.



The Neighborhood:

Epic Escape sits in leafy, family-friendly Lynmore on the eastern edge of Rotorua, one of the city's most sought-after suburbs for its position right beside the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The forest's walking tracks and world-class mountain bike trails are just two minutes away, and Tarawera Road - the street you're on - runs straight out to the beautiful Blue and Green Lakes (Tikitapu and Rotokakahi), about five minutes on for a swim, a paddle or a lakeside walk. Te Puia's geysers and living Maori village are six minutes the other way, with the lakefront hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and the cafes and restaurants of central Rotorua about eight. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around fifteen minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, with a single garage plus free driveway and street parking. The Redwoods forest is a two-minute drive - and an easy walk or ride for the active - the Blue and Green Lakes five minutes along Tarawera Road, and Te Puia six. Central Rotorua, the lakefront hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa, and Rotorua Airport are all around eight minutes, with Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours roughly fifteen on the western side of town.



Other Things to Note:

The house has one full bathroom. The swim spa is a great feature - please supervise children at all times, and note the jets can be strong when both sets are running. WIFI runs at around 247 Mbps.



This property has Minut sensors in the living room and outside on the patio that monitor noise and smoke. They never record audio - they only send our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
