Located by the pool and on the ground floor, this Destin, Florida vacation condo at Destiny Beach Villas 10B is ideal for a couple, small family, or group of friends. The charming interior is both spacious and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay in the popular Destin community of Crystal Beach. A full kitchen, living area, and bedroom await you and your party of up to four.

Relax on your back patio overlooking Four Prong Lake or splash around in the Beach Villas community pool. Getting to the beach is almost as easy as being located directly on its sandy shore. Just walk across Old Scenic Hwy 98 and you are there, or stroll down the path and small tunnel under the street. Kids love this route. Either way, only a two-minute walk will have you at the beach enjoying the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sandy white beach.

In addition to the wonderful Crab Trap Restaurant being just across the street on the beach, the location of Destiny Beach Villas 10B in Crystal Beach puts you close to everything Destin has to offer. Watersports, shopping, fishing, land lover activities and other delectable dining options are within a short drive.

Incredible place

Wonderful accommodations! Bed was extremely comfortable, all rooms felt spacious and clean. Location could not have been better.

Great experience

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the location! The house was perfect for the two of us. It is only a short walk to the beach and has a pool right out front. We had no issues at all!

Perfect for a family of 4

My 4 year old twin boys, my husband and I stayed here in late April. The condo was perfect. Right by the pool, well stocked kitchen and great layout with 2 full bathrooms! 5 minute walk to the beach (if that) so nice and convenient- loved that it was on the first floor. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacay with the babies

This property was absolutely perfect for our family 's needs. We wanted a quick beach getaway that wasn't in the thick of Destin. A place that was quieter, safe, and had the amenities we needed. Destiny villas hit all of these desires. It was an effortless, quick walk to the beach, it was very spacious, and the two full bathrooms were a plus! I would highly recommend this property and hope to use it again!

The day we were driving to Florida we received a call stating Southern Vacation had to switch us from this location in the picture above to Beach resort due to pests. Beach Resort was a great stay but we were not able to stay at Destiny Beach Villas.

Bed lumpy and bathroom door would not open all the way

Nice area we stayed at other condos in same location. This particular unit need some tlc. Bed is very lumpy and bathroom door in hallway would not open all the way. Water wouldn’t drain in showers

Dissatisfied

Great location. Property was clean but needs total renovation. Doors to the rear deck and front porch are very hard if not impossible to open which is a safety hazard. The ceiling in the shower has a black spot that looks like mold. The coffee cups are like cups used for expresso they are so small. Everything is very very old.

Would have loved to have been able to check in early. The option was given, but there was no notice it had to be selected 5 days in advance of check in. I requested on day 4 and was told that “we’ll see what we can do”, to which was never an option even after checking in with customer service multiple times throughout the day. The place definitely needs an update. Had a musty/old house smell, but was useful for what we needed. Sofa bed was ok on comfort level. An ice maker in the fridge would have been nice along with a keurig instead of a regular coffee pot (had to go buy filters to use). Cleaning was subpar. Kids found some dead flys on the windowsills and there were a couple hairs leftover in the shower. Great location - right next to the pool and short walk to the beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation condo in the beautiful destination of Destin, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot into the condo, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and warmth that set the tone for a truly remarkable getaway. First and foremost, the condo itself was impeccable. The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the tasteful decor, modern furnishings, and a soothing color palette that exuded elegance and comfort. It felt like a true home away from home, providing the perfect sanctuary to unwind and relax. The condo's location was a dream come true. Situated just steps away from the pristine beaches of Destin, I was treated to breathtaking views of crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. The balcony offered a front-row seat to witness mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets that left me in awe of nature's beauty. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare delicious meals, and the spacious living area provided ample room for unwinding after a day of exploration. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, allowing me to wake up refreshed and ready to embrace each day.

Perfect location, needs updating

We really enjoyed where it was at, it was right across from the beach, and took less than 5 minutes to walk there. However the property wasn't cleaned very well, the tile floor was extremely dirty even though it had been swept. Also we found a used loofah in the bathtub, not sure how that got missed. The mattress needs to be swapped out immediately, as it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. Part of the master bathtub seems to be coming apart from the wall. Also you can tell the floors/ceiling were not designed well. We had an older couple stay above us and we could hear every step they took. Not to mention it sounded like they were rearranging their furniture all day every day. I really like sugar sands realty, they have a super easy check in process and are very helpful. However I don't think I will stay at this property again.

Location location location

This property has great views and is only steps to the beach. The outdoor amenities were awesome. Inside the unit is due for an update but the property is still convenient to everything. My family and I will return to this unit!

Good budget friendly in great location

Place was nice and cool, blind at front door was missing a piece had to put a piece of paper as felt like someone could see right into the living area. Pictures should be updated great place and great location, if small repairs were done this place could go for more, seems like might have foundation issues as door to restroom doesn’t seem to open all the way gets stuck half way open. This place is not high end but if your looking for something priced reasonably in a high end and safe neighborhood this is it. Right in front of pool and literally across the street from the beach. Drove around and went to different areas of the beach and the family agrees one of the best beaches around was across the street from where we stayed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location & easy going!

I would stay here again. The beds need updating. The bedroom one felt it was caving in. The pull out couch was all bars. The hallway door didn't open up all the way so it almost smoked me in the face a couple times when I forgot. :) Everything else was great! Right by the beach and easy walking to the Crab Trap for lunch/dinner/drinks. Beware of the Rum Buckets! ;) Loved the key less entry!

Restless nights

This property location is awesome, but the villa was extremely dirty and the mattress on the was unbearable. I called customer service representative and reported. The mattress desperately needs replacing. Also I had to buy sheets and wash before bedtime. The bedding was unclean. Yuck! Not a great way to start vacation.

comfortable unit and great location for walking, bicycling, walking the beach. Sitting on Four Prong Lake is a bonus, watching the turtles, osprey and other birds all day.

really cute place and right across from the beach, and a pretty lake behind you

Just what you need, its not crazy fancy but who goes to destin to stay "inside", it had everything we needed. Very cute, I love the lake in the back, and we could sit on the back balcony patio and watch the turtles swim and fish swim also. we could just walk across the street to the beach and swim. It was a great place to stay for 2 people or another couple on the fold out couch which we didn't but it was available. the pool was right outside our front door, if you wanted that. and it was kept nice and clean. all the landscaping around everything was nice and clean. We will go back and stay here, or maybe if our girls come a 2 bedroom. this one was just a 1 bedroom. but loved the location and all the cute little villas
