A private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf Coast. Regency Towers is a resort on Pensacola Beach that offers several amenities, including a community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Spend the day at the resort and sunbathe by the community pool or relax on your private balcony.

If you want to explore the area, you can rent wave-runners and spend the day on the water cruising along the coast, take a dolphin cruise on the Gulf, go fishing on the pier, or relax on the sugar-white sands of the beach. Winter Vacation in Florida

Our family stayed at a Southern Vacation Rentals condo for a weekend family trip and we had the best time. Loved the condo’s cute decor and having all the necessary amenities for the trip. We loved how it was close to the boardwalk and the beach was a quick walk from our room. Would definitely stay with them again in the future!

Excellent condo

Was clean, had well-stocked kitchen, tasteful decor, comfortable bed. Easy in and out. Nice pool and beach access. Not alot to do in Pensacola Beach if you're not a beach sitter. But condo was great.

Beautiful Place in Great location!

Quick weekend trip! Very nice and clean place. The grounds are very well kept up! Quality kitchen utensils, comfortable mattress, and easy walk to beach!

Relaxing getaway

I was skeptical of the distance to the beach but let me say it was a very easy walk to the beach. It was more accessible than staying at the big high rise condos and having the long walk to the beach. I was very impressed with the layout of this property and beach access and will definitely book another vacation at Regency Towers!

Birthday and anniversary getaway !

We loved the condo and the area ! The beach was beautiful ! The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything you need . The furniture was very comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a rental . We will be back for sure !

Wonderful Condo!

Overall, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a 1 bedroom unit. If we return to Pensacola Beach we will see if this unit is available next time.

Comfortable accommodations

Great updated property in an excellent location with easy check in and everything needed for a relaxing week on the beach. Very much appreciated the selection of beach chairs and umbrellas in unit for renters to use. Very spacious for a one bedroom. Will definitely rent this property again.

Weekend getaway

Enjoyed the open floor plan and light decor. The balcony was a plus for a quiet weekend-loved the rocking chairs. Great location, low traffic on second floor with quiet neighbors. Over the Fourth of July holiday weekend-but we felt right at home. Great fireworks display right at the back door. Thanks for sharing your home with us-we will be returning again. Very satisfied traveler!

comfortable, clean, home feel condo with beautiful view of Mexican Gulf. We enjoyed the balcony, rocking chairs. It was nice to come from Minnesota in the beginning of April to get some sun and be so close to the ocean/ Mexican Gulf. We still had some snow in MN at that time.

Cleanest Condo Ever

Even though it rained all week the condo could not have been better. Our biggest complaint was the noise of the elevator that was on the outside of the unit. However, the cleanliness of the condo was amazing. It made our stay so comfortable. I would love to go back when the weather is better.

Regency Towers Pensacola Beach

Regency Towers Pensacola Beach. Everything was very clean. It did rain a couple of days and would’ve been nice if there were some board games and cards in the condo. Checking out at 9 AM is a bit stressful and difficult. 10 would be much better. Other than that, everything went great and we had a good stay.

Getaway

Extremely nice condo Pretty well appointed. We aren’t really lacking for anything. Our air conditioner broke on the second day we were there, and Southern vacations was terrific about having someone come out and take care of it for us. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed until the week after we were leaving, but they did manage to get it to run for the rest of the week while we were there. They also brought out an additional fan for the unit. They were very responsive and concerned about our comfort.

Looks exactly like the pictures!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo Labor Day Weekend and loved it. There was plenty of space, Huge balcony/patio area with a wonderful view, and clean!!! The condo looks just like the pictures! Southern Vacation Rentals was great too! We drove in after work so we had to check in after hours. The process was exactly as they said it would be and right across the street from the Regency Towers. Super easy! There was only one skillet in the kitchen that was too old for me. So we ended up buying one from the family dollar for the weekend to make breakfast. The bed was also small for us....we're used to a king and the bed felt like double bed. Otherwise we had a great trip! The location is great! The beach is beautiful! We will definitely be returning!
