Experience the stunning beauty of the Gulf from this charming one-bedroom vacation home at Signal Inn on Sanibel Island. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this inviting elevated retreat offers partial Gulf views and a serene setting surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Step onto your private screened lanai or relax on the spacious sundeck while soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the resort's verdant grounds. Elevated above the tropical landscape and accessed by a flight of stairs, the home offers a bright and private island escape. Inside, the thoughtfully designed interior creates a comfortable setting for a relaxing getaway. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed for restful nights, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for guests.

The tiled living area offers a stylish and welcoming space to unwind or entertain, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space for easy meal preparation. A convenient washer and dryer are also included, making longer stays simple and stress-free. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, combining practicality with a clean, modern feel.

Located within the tranquil, pet-friendly Signal Inn community on Sanibel's desirable east end, this vacation home places you just a short walk from pristine beaches accessible via a private boardwalk. Guests enjoy access to resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ grills, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds. The location also provides easy access to the Sanibel Lighthouse, scenic bike trails, and the shops and dining along Periwinkle Way.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

We had an amazing time here. The view was perfect. Our dog was welcomed. The beach was not overly crowded and it was just a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this clean, comfortable, pet-friendly condo on Sanibel Island!

Just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, it made our vacation easy and relaxing. The lanai was perfect for unwinding, and our dog enjoyed it just as much as we did. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location great views. Loved having both options of screened porch or open deck views. Great spot for my morning coffee and yoga. I didn’t do any cooking this trip but I loved that kitchen had everything needed.

Good Location

Our unit had a view of the beach and was on the end closest to the beach. They had beach chairs and a wagon by the office area that you could use to transport your chairs and other items to the beach. The unit was clean and nice. The island is small, and this location was not far from most of the locations that were open for business. I wish they had a cooler to use at the beach. It would also have been nice if the beach chairs adjusted and allowed you to lay back and were not rusty. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thanks.
