The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed designed for restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. The adjacent full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and modern finishes, creating a clean and comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Sanibel's scenic trails and sandy shores with your pet. Tile flooring throughout adds a polished, easy-to-maintain finish—especially convenient for beach days and pet-friendly stays. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for guests.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Vacation in Paradise

The apartment was just as pictured on your website. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The management team was excellent and the communication from reservation forward was great. I have 2 suggestions for the unit. A small upright vacuum would work better than a broom for the sand and a beach cart would be extremely helpful especially for older guests. Carrying chairs, umbrella, small cooler, etc was tiring. My only complaint was regarding other guests. Dogs not leashed and their waste not being picked up. Our neighbors to the right kept their dog on the balcony constantly. People that refuse to follow the guide will ruin it for responsible dog owners. But again, the unit was great and we'll definitely visit again.

Beautiful Unit at the Signal Inn on Sanibel Island

This unit at Signal Inn is beautiful and has recently been updated/refurbished due to Hurricane Ian in September 2022. The unit is perfect for two adults. Highly recommend.

Needs Improvement

We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the unit. The bed sheets were dirty and sandy, the property management was notified and unable to give me a time for housekeeping to return. Rather than miss a day on the beach, I washed the bedding. The floors were not only sandy but dirty. I had to troubleshoot the ice maker and TV remote batteries were dead. We have stayed in the same unit since 2017, I know the owners have put alot of time and money into their property and am sad, as I know this would also be unacceptable to them.

Sanibel adventure

Lovely cottage but the management co. was poor. Garbage , 4 cf dumpster was over flowing for the first 4 days. We notified the management co.and they said they would let the manager know which apparently wasn’t important because no action was take. We weren’t ones complaining about the waste.

Thank you for the 4-star rating. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cottage, but we are sorry that the waste management issue affected your stay. We were aware of the issue with the dumpsters and our team tried to work with the waste management company to come out to empty them, but due to scheduling, they were unable to come out early. We are sorry that this negatively impacted your stay but we're glad that you were still able to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Sanibel! We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a perfect 5-star experience next time.
