Begin your vacation the moment you land.

We offer a $100 transportation credit per booking and will connect you with a trusted private driver to coordinate your airport pickup and return.

This gives you the flexibility to design your arrival around your schedule. You may choose to proceed directly to the villa for check-in, or arrange optional stops with your driver for groceries, lunch, the beach, or a short activity before arrival.

Please note that the $100 credit applies to direct airport transportation only. Any additional stops, waiting time, or pre-check-in activities can be arranged directly with your driver at an additional cost. Rates may vary based on timing, group size, and your preferred experience.

To preserve our signature arrival experience, early check-in is not available. We often host same-day departures and take great care to ensure the villa is fully cleaned, refreshed, and perfectly prepared for your arrival.

Guest Count & Pricing

Providing an accurate guest count at the time of booking is essential to ensure correct pricing.

The base rate covers up to 5 guests. Each additional guest is $50 USD per person, per night. Your final total will be shown after entering your dates and guest count.

Our villa accommodates up to 20 guests with 11 beds, and rates are structured to reflect varying water and electricity usage. Smaller groups benefit from lower costs due to reduced consumption.

Cleaning for Extended Stays

For stays longer than 7 days, a $100 weekly cleaning fee will apply to help keep the villa fresh, clean, and comfortable throughout your visit.

Visitor Policy

For everyone’s safety and in accordance with Spring Farm community rules, only registered guests may enter the property.

If you would like to have visitors, please send us their names in advance through VRBO for approval.

Visitors who remain on the property after 10:00 PM are considered overnight guests and are subject to a charge of $50 USD per person, per night.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and neighbours.

Management may access the premises if necessary.

The final booking total shown at checkout includes our accommodation fees. Optional add-ons, transportation upgrades, visitor fees, and extended-stay cleaning fees may apply where relevant.
