Summer is fast approaching plan your Tahoe getaway now, mid week discounts are in place. Come up and enjoy the blue skies and crisp Tahoe waters. Hiking, biking, days at the beach summer in Tahoe is wonderful.
Modern and comfortable home located 2 blocks from Heavenly Ski Resort, Minutes to the Heavenly Village (shopping and dining), Stateline and of course Lake Tahoe.
4 Bedrooms, 2 baths, hot tub on the deck!
Just 1 mile from the Stateline Casinos or the beach this home has it all.
Ski in the winter or come hike and play at the lake and on the mountain in the summer.

This lovely mountain home has an open living/dining room with a large screen TV (Streaming options only) for your enjoyment. The large deck with 6 person Jacuzzi , gas BBQ grill, fenced yard. Reasonably priced and perfectly located. This is one of the best deals in Tahoe.

Home does not have air conditioning.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 You are allowed to bring up to 5 children 13 and younger,
Maximum Number of Vehicles: 3 vehicles must park in the driveway, no street parking, The City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement Team strictly enforces parking and occupancy regulations, including citations of $1,500.00 for parking violations.
The City of South Lake Tahoe Requires a signed rental agreement for each reservation.

Guest of Record must be at least 25 years of age
Quiet Hours 10:00pm-8:00am, but no disturbing the peace of neighbors at any time.
The City of South Lake Tahoe Permit requires a camera on the driveway, there are no other cameras on site. There is a decibel monitor, it does not record conversations only monitors decibel.

This property needs major cleaning and updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property about a month ago and I've been thinking about the best way to summarize our experience. So first of all the property's location is amazing. It's in a great area, within a few minutes of Heavenly. That was a huge plus. The house itself was just yucky! It was not very clean at all. The blinds were all falling apart, the rugs were dirty and the night before we left, we saw two roaches. We tried to put our clothes in one of the dressers and the drawer came flying out and almost smashed my foot. That was a major safety issue. The hot tub smelled very bad and it seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. The kitchen and bathrooms needed a major cleaning and the closet doors were hanging also falling off. We only stayed there an extra day because the kids loved hiking and we couldn't find another place that we could stay for a one-night minimum. I hate to write such a bad review, but I'm hoping the owners will see this and focus a bit on the house because it really is in a great area.

A pleasant experience

Upon entering, you instantly feel in home. There was beautiful decorations, comfortable beds that will make you instantly fall asleep, lot of wardrobe/closet space, the hot tub was nice and clean including the bathrooms. The games that were in cuboards made the experience even more better with more time to spend with the family. I would definitely recommend this to people who want a comfortable experience. (Added bonus was that the lake was about 5 minutes away from the cabin)

Property needs some upgrades and repairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has been neglected. There were numerous maintenance issues including a faulty receptacle in the downstairs bedroom, a broken mirror hanging on the upstairs bedroom door, broken closet door in downstairs bedroom, no screen on patio door, both towel rings and the towel bar fell off almost immediately, front door weatherstripping shot making door harder to close and lock, some cupboard doors don't close properly, Toilet seat was loose, kitchen sink is chipped, low water pressure, the outside trash bin was so full we were unable to use it, the blinds in the living area were old and dirty, and half the vertical blinds on the patio door were missing. The carport needed sweeping. Other improvements that would enhance the property and experience are: Replace the dining room set, or at a mininum replace the chairs. They are in bad shape and the side chairs will not fit under the table. Replace the chipped dishes. Paint the house number to the right of the garage to be seen easier. Provide a night light in the bathrroms. Leave written instructions for operating the TV and anything else that may need clarification. Replace the lock box with a digital door lock for greater convenience. The last negative item is beyond anyone's control, but should be noted - the place, especially the upstairs was very warm. Probably have to be lower than 80 degrees to be comfortable. Downstairs cooled off around 9 p.m., but the upstairs remained warm until very early morning. There were fans available but provided limited relief. Finally, I will mention the good things. The location is convenient and relatively quiet at night. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of space and a very nice sectional with powered recliners. Nice TV and clean spa. Quick response from Mark at Pinnacle when we couldn't get the TV picture.

Great Spot for Groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property provided exactly what we needed. A nice place to stay with a large living room area for socializing, and a quick drive to the beach. We would stay here again!

Underwhelming and dissapointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I arrived at the house on Friday to a house that had no been cleaned. None of the beds were made. The listing agent did have a cleaning crew sent over quickly, but it was still unacceptable that the house was not ready upon arrival. Additionally, we noticed the hot tub didn't work. I again called the listing agent and she had the repairman come over. He said it was good to go but it broke again 15 minutes later. The listing agent then said she would try to have someone come out Saturday but when I tried to reach her Saturday, I got no response - not a text or phone call back. Hot tub didn't work the entire duration we were there. My friends and I ended up getting significant discounts and refunds (as we should have). Overall, the house was a disappointment with an agent who was not very responsive. Would not recommend.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience and we did issue a refund. The home is currently off the market for a while while the homeowner does upgrades.
