Quiet Hours 10:00pm-8:00am, but no disturbing the peace of neighbors at any time.
The City of South Lake Tahoe Permit requires a camera on the driveway, there are no other cameras on site. There is a decibel monitor, it does not record conversations only monitors decibel.
