The Bali Tree House is a fabulous residence for a Manual Antonio holiday. The entire village area is very hilly and access to any restaurant or shop requires a hike up or down very steep streets. The house is built on a very steep hillside and has many stairs down to the bedrooms/up to the main level. To access street level is 28 steps and down to the parking space is over 40 steps. It is not handicap accessible or for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise for a family with 3 young adults it was fantastic. There is a bluetooth speaker available (a nice suprise). Cookware is in need of replacement. Spices, coffee, etc, stocked, awesome blender, microwave, toaster, no ice maker, but ice trays. A/C worked great the entire stay. Margarita, the house cleaner is fabulous and unobtrusive and keeps things shiny. Monkeys will be your alarm clock, no changing that. Capuchin and Howler monkees visited every day. Sloth with baby in tree nearby along the parking space road. Look-up! Mosquitos were minimal. Beautiful living inside and out. Pool is spotless. Had a rental car (4X4) for day trips, used taxi's at night.
Beautiful Property nestled away in the rainforest, surrounded by sounds of nature. Woke up to the sounds of beautiful birds and howler monkeys (although we never saw one). Amazing place to hike, swim (with an super fun slide). House has verything you could possibly need, plus some! Glen is a great host; very kind and attentive. Would definitely return.
