Kamal at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful he helped with our luggage being there's no elevator greater appreciated..he also gave us great recommendations for restaurants/ bars..room was clean and quiet ..the balcony was nice to have breakfast on..would definitely return and recommend

Casa Adefra is kept like a 5 star hotel. The staff is super helpful and attentive. The breakfast was great and the entire place is kept super clean. You can tell that every detail is thought through carefully.

Absolutely amazing experience, very pleasantly surprised. Omar went above and beyond throughout our stay, highly recommend Casa Adefra if you’re staying in Santa Domingo. Room was very clean and spacious, had a microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer as well as a balcony.

Dominique at the Front Desk is very warm and welcoming. Kamal and Omar do a great job along with the Housekeeping staff of keeping the rooms clean, fresh and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future

The property staff are amazing, especially Omar. He went above and beyond consistently with any issue we had. Never experienced such genuine hospitality from staff before. The unit was perfect. We had a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette. The location was ideal. It was on El Conde which is closed off to traffic. There are stores and restaurants along this area with a park at either end. I had another place booked but when I read the reviews at this place I decided to switch hotels. It was a great decision. I would definitely come here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Right on Conde street with all its shops and restaurants and historical attractions but quiet enough so you do not get disturbed at night (windows closed and ac on). The appartement is brand new, the staff is friendly and efficient, the bed is super comfortable. We appreciated our little kitchen to make our own coffe and breakfast that we brought the lovely interior courtyard.

Overall all good. Management could have done better to inform us when the room was ready. Floor was not cleaned well, our feet turned pitch black after a shower from walking on the floor. Haven’t had breakfast yet, can’t comment.

i did not have a pleasant stay there they were trying to find different ways to upsell me ( collect more money ) and they were interrupting my breakfast to do that which i found was rude i checked out immediately after less than full night even though i still had more nights scheduled with them --would not recommend

I’ve been going to Sdq for sometime now and I wished I knew of this place before. It’s a hidden gem..it’s now my new home when I’m in Sdq . It’s so tranquil and super clean with a great staff that always check on your wellbeing. I love the nature feel of the balcony in the back makes you feel that you’re away from everything that’s bad

From the time I checked in everything was excellent. Omar greeted me and made everything seamless check in was very easy. The property was immaculate. There was no problem with the room. It was cleaned exceptionally well. The terrace was very nice areas around the property. There are many bars and restaurants That were within walking distance, so didn’t have to worry about finding food or souvenir shops, and there was a lot of security there as well, so didn’t have to worry about safety at all. I would stay here time and time again the owner also gave excellent food recommendations. I could not speak enough good things about the establishment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Adefra. The facility and the equipment are in perfect conditions. The Whirlpool is heated and can be used from 09AM to 12AM. There is a parking lot 3 minutes by foot from the apartment. A complete day costs about 700 RD$ The Apartment ist located in the heart of Zona Colonial. Everthing is reachable by foot within 15-20 minutes Many thanks to the best housekeeper Omar and Angie for your excellent assistance and fast response when necessary. We would definitive come again, the next time we are in Santo Domingo.
