Large space for the location in your room, amazing views of the city, walkable to the city or riding using limes that are available. Just booked for my next trip in a couple of weeks. Very convenient.

This property is in a great location for my event at the conference center. Everything was walkable, even with construction in the area. The Royal Blue Market was just a few minutes walk, so I could stock my studio easily. The staff was friendly, and I felt safer because they were always aware of who was coming and going. I enjoyed the fitness center as well as the pool area - great amenities. The studio itself was clean, had all the necessities, and had plenty of room for a solo traveller. Having in-room washer/dryer was a bonus for sure! I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place - impeccably clean, great pool and workout facilities, with easy access to the path along the river that goes into downtown and Lady Bird Lake as well as many dining and entertainment options.

Very nice building and room, kind of a pain for parking and bringing your belongings up. Elevators were busy and long waits to get up and down. Nice area and close to downtown.
