Very pleasant and comfortable.

We have a very pleasant experience at Bightstays. It was clean, all appliances and facilities worked. By some luck and was incredibly close to Billy Bishop which was so convenient. Very nice.

This property is in a great location. An important note, depending on your group, and maybe the unit you get, is that the bedrooms don't have very much privacy. The main bedroom has large sliding glass doors and the second bedroom is very small with a curtain for a door.

The property's location is great, the building and in general the property are good. The host's communications can be improved. We never received answers to most of our questions or concerns, which was quite stressful. There is some noticeable damage in the walls and furniture, so we wanted someone to acknowledge them , but nobody did. The bathtub was clogged, so I had to unclog it. The checkin was very late (5pm). . Other than that, we had no issues

how the place is close to everything—you can walk to Scotiabank Center, Rogers, the beach, CN Tower, and Ripley’s Aquarium and lots of restaurant around the area. I highly recommend this place, but they need to replace the chair with tears, patch some holes in the wall, and clean the crayon marks on the shelves to make it feel more classy. Other than that, it’s an amazing area, and you don’t need a car to get around.

Nice apartment in downtown Toronto

Generally good experience and good communication. Very clean. Great view through floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom. Check-in instructions were clear (although I wish I had gotten them a bit earlier ). Minor drawbacks: 1. Extra bed had broken springs(?) in one corner causing it to sag 2. Dishwasher would not stay closed and kept falling open.

The location is the only redeeming part about this property. The communication was poor and we didn’t get any instructions until we had to call them. Things felt cheap and kept falling off (knobs, faucet etc.) the couch was disgusting, and the thermostat wasn’t working when we first arrived. The first night was so hot that my baby broke out into a heat rash. When I communicated this to the number I was supposed to connect with if I had problems, they said that nothing was mentioned by the previous guest or the cleaners as if I was making it up? What kind of service is that
 it wasn’t until I reset the power breaker and completely turned off the thermostat that it went back to normal. This was not worthy the price tag. They need to up their customers service as well as the upkeep of the condo itself.

Absolutely terrible experience. The property owner asked us to message her before arrival, which we did one hour prior, but when we got there, the unit was filthy—dirty dishes in the sink and garbage everywhere. On top of that, the listing was completely misleading. It was supposed to be a family suite with 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds, but there was only 1 bedroom and 2 double beds. When we complained, the owner rudely claimed the 'third bed' was a sofa bed—definitely NOT what was advertised. There was no physical person to speak to, just a phone number, and she was unhelpful and dismissive. This was by far our worst travel experience, and we’re done booking anything other than official hotels on Expedia. If you value your peace of mind, avoid these misleading and poorly managed properties!

The conditions of the apartment were not good. The mattress on the bed was very old, bad for the back. You sank into the bed! The two towels were very old, just like the face towels. The curtains in the master bedroom didn’t block the light, some parts were missing. After check-in, they inform you that you can’t drink wine or coffee in the apartment. There was no hairdryer in the middle of winter, nor a coffee maker.

Really nice location for family visiting Toronto. Everything in walking distance, peaceful apartment. Basic kitchen utensiles available, we cooked some of our meals. As a note the parking spot in the basement garage was really useful, but it was rather difficult to find with the instructions given.

Das Appartement war sauber, schön eingerichtet und in einem gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in der NĂ€he der Seepromenade. Es gab jedoch einen erheblichen Mangel, der leider zur völligen Abwertung fĂŒhrte. Aus dem Bereich der Klimaanlage, die ausgeschaltet war, kam fast stĂ€ndig ein pfeifend-quietschendes GerĂ€usch, das jegliche Erholung oder Schlaf im Appartement unmöglich machte. Der Vermieter wurde informiert, es kam aber keine Abhilfe. Aus diesem Grund kann ich das Appartement nicht weiter empfehlen.
