Nice suites

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. The one negative thing I would say would be that there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere and even in the elevators people were smoking pot. I was standing in the elevator with a man and three escorts and he was very unpleasant, so I didn’t like going in the elevators by myself without my boyfriend. I think the hotel should really intervene when they see this kind of behaviours. However, overall we had a good stay and would probably stay there again.

The front desk was not helpful they lost my package and refused to even admit they received it after getting confirmation from Fed Ex they did. I was placed in the wrong room, the hot tub was cold, the gym had broken equipment, the bar was permanently closed. Plus a LOT of other issues. The room was nice lol

This experience was interesting to say the least. First of all, I was traveling for work (something they pride themselves on accommodating!) and had some equipment shipped to the hotel prior to my stay, as I do for every single work trip I take. When I arrived, I was told several different things: 1) that is wasn't there (i.e. wasn't in the mail locker for hotel guests), 2) that they do not accept packages for hotel guests, and 3) most condescendingly, by a manger (?) that my package had simply not arrived yet because "that's how things work around here", even though FedEx marked it as delivered two days prior. After much back and forth, including having the hotel disagree with FedEx explaining that the delivery driver had confirmed the coordinates where the package was left in a locker and that if it had been rejected, as the hotel claimed, it would have been scanned back into the system and marked as returned to sender, I gave up. I have a long list of other complaints but limited characters, so I'll just add here that the rooms were dirty, the hot tub wasn't hot, they don't allow food deliver for hotel guests, the bar was closed, and THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING, unless you want to pay $150. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a better experience at a similar property a couple blocks over at the Elser. Or just find a Motel 6, you'll be better off.

GALE 1000% times better and for the same price

Terrible experience. Dirty. The consierge was a young girl who had absolutely no informational and said "I have no idea you'll just have to explore" whn i asked if there was a hot tub. Uniformed employees who aren't trained and dont apply themelves to be able to be a consegierge seems out of place for a hotel. Our kitchen sink was broke, the shower was broke, the lamp in the bedroom didn't work and their was no maintain worker on shift. The floors were sticky and there is no view at all.. The train ran all night so with the noise of the rails if was hard to sleep..

Stayed here 1 nite to board a cruise the next day. Very close to port terminal and use getting there. Room spacious with laundry and has a full kitchen with all dishes n appliances. Only wished that they had dish towel instead of paper towels for the kitchen. We had a hard time accessing the garage - the kisok didn’t have any buttons to select option 2 to have them open the gate. Luckily one of the residents living there helped us in. She was very nice and helped me find the lobby from the garage. When I texted Sentral for help, never got any immediate help. Once in the lobby, checkin was easy. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.

Stylish, hippes Publikum - durchaus empfehlenswert

Mit einem Wort - zufrieden! Wir hatten kurzfristig nur eine Nacht gebucht, waren jedoch verärgert, dass die Dayrates innerhalb von 24 Stunden um rund 30% gesunken waren. Alles in allem: Perfekte Lage Downtown gegenüber der Bayside, perfekt für Kreuzfahrer, da der Port of Miami auch nahezu gegenüber liegt. Zimmer war in der 4.Etage mit Blick zum Innenhof mit Balkon - wie ein Appartement mit Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine, Trockner, großes Duschbad - soweit alles prima. Rezeption etwas chaotisch, aber hier ist man halt etwas hip und möchte in der Liga der Stars spielen - Miami wie es leibt und lebt, man muss es einfach so mögen! Super tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool zwischen den Hochhäusern eine gigantische Ansicht und auch ein Fitness-Studio - erlebt man in Deutschland so eher selten. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen für einen Kurzaufenthalt von ein paar Nächten!

We had friendly staff for the check in process and even loved the look of the room-very modern! However upon staying in the room there were several issues that made the stay less desirable; the toilet was not able to flush without us opening the lid and pulling the chain (the ring was sticky and wouldn’t go up). The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps wouldn’t work and finally after 5 minutes could get one to pump to work. The worst thing however was that my feet were absolutely FIFLTY. I had felt like the floor was sticky and upon later discovery found that my entire bottom of my foot was dark grey. It just made me wear my shoes the entire time I was inside which wasn’t comfortable.

Great location and a good amount of space, but unfortunately this place was definitely not worth the price. Floors were dirty, rugs were stained, the sink was moldy. The sliding glass door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open, and the toilet required maximum strength to flush. Front desk attendants were nice, but it was far too difficult to get anything done or addressed. It is clear that this place is not striving to provide a great experience for customers. Would not stay again.

We'll Stay Here Again - For Sure!

It had a great European feel to it. It had its own washer and dryer; spacious, rain-style shower; and open floor plan. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The staff was freat, especially when we had an overnight shipment delivered. The only drawback was not receiving the pre-checkin email to understand parking in advance.

Not So Great

We stayed for one night prior to our cruise. The location is perfect, however, the room was less to be desired. There were 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. None of the outlets in the bathrooms worked. There was only one remote control for 2 TVs (one was in the living room and one tv in one of the bedrooms). The second bedroom didn’t even have a tv. The showers had mildew and my socks turned completely black on the bottoms from walking around the apartment in them. THAT, in itself was just disgusting. Very disappointed that I paid over 400.00 to spend the night there.

Accommodations were excellent. All the little touches were just what you needed. I especially liked the oven, microwave, refrigerator/Freezer . . . Makes eating leftovers simple and delicious other than just a microwave. The bayside shopping area is an easy walk and offers plenty of food options and shopping.
